The Troublesome Triplets

Chapter 2

(Dj's pov) Dj's outfit

  I decided to study at a University by my grandmothers in California. Andrews parents were always among my favorite grandparents.

  I am going to be living in an apartment between campus and my grandparents pack. I want to be able to come and go as I please. I am also going to attend training with the pack when able.

My parents instilled in us the importance of being able to defend ourselves. Especially since my siblings were part of the prophecy. Also since Edward was kidnapped. They did not want anything like that to happen again.

  I was prepared to start my new journey. The hardest part will be leaving Delilah and Dean. They are my best friends. I am closest to them.

Dean always teases me that I get over emotional. Who cares, I am not afraid to express my feelings. I am also waiting for my other half.

Like Delilah I am waiting for my mate. I have not dated or shown interest in anyone. I will only have eyes for my fated mate.

My other half. I hope by us all going our separate ways. We have better luck finding them.

  I am ready for this party. My parents went all out. I got dressed with Dean.

I am wearing black leather pants and a grey shirt. I also have my boots on. My dark hair is brushed back messily.

I know I look sexy. My brother and I walk into the party. We instantly get everyone's attention. We are good looking and apart of the it family. The Alpha is our sister Cassandra.

We are also two of three of the honored guests. This grand event is to celebrate our 21st birthday. Also for us all to spend time together. Before Dean and I leave the pack tomorrow. I really hope we all find what we are looking for.

I am planning on studying healthcare administration. Something that could be used no matter where I end up at. I also want to train more. Andrews dad was a head warrior. I would love to be at his level.

I have a plan. I am more organized and focused. Unlike Dean. He is a very go with the flow kind of guy. He is planning on visiting packs and covens around the world. No route or anything figured out.

He is just going to leave tomorrow on his motorcycle with his duffle bag. That is it. Just see where he ends up. That stresses me out. He is so carefree.

I need an end plan. Atleast some sort of strategy. I know I am going to attend courses at the university. I also know where I will be living at. Also that I will be training with the Moon river pack.

I just hope my mate turns out to be in California. I am torn on being happy for this new beginning. I am also partly terrified of the unknown. Anything could happen.

We are adults. We should be prepared to be on our own. We have always been surrounded by family. This is the most alone that we have ever been. Especially since my brother and sister will not be accompanying me.

We are each starting this new journey on our own. I think it is what we each need. To build our independence. We will take care of ourselves. No longer depending on everyone else's assistance.

As Dean and I enter the party. We immediately look for Delilah. It has always been the three of us. The troublesome triplets. It will be strange being without them.

We vowed to keep in touch with each other. Also to visit home as much as we can. My goal is during school breaks to come back. Who knows when Dean will visit.

  The party went well. It was a night of celebrations and goodbyes. Tomorrow when we actually depart our separate ways. That will be difficult and sad. At least for me and Delilah.

Dean acts strong. I know as well as Delilah. As soon as he is away from us. His hard exterior will crack.

He then will let the dam break. He has always felt like he had to be the strong one. The one to defend and protect us.

We have always had each others back. Now we will each have to watch ourselves. This new chapter is going to be a strange one. I am hoping not too lonely.

For the first time we will be on our own. No longer the troublesome triplets. It will be, just me Dj. I hope I am ready for whatever the Goddess has in store for me.
