Paramedics rush in and out of the Macher Mansion, hoping to save as many people as they possible can. Maxine Harper, the killer of Woodsboro, had finally been caught after nearly killing everyone in the mansion. No one suspected Billy or Stu of any devious acts, leaving her to take on all the charges.
"I've got a pulse, but it's weak!" A paramedic shouts out as he leans over the body of Stuart Macher, and soon, Stu is on route to the hospital as well.
"We've got another one!" Another paramedic states as he checks the body of Billy Loomis, finding another weak pulse, sending him towards the hospital as well.
Sidney Prescott, Randy, and Gail Weathers had already left, wanting to put the terrible nightmare behind them, so they had no clue that all three serial killers of Woodsboro have survived. They're left blissfully unaware of the danger that possesses, so the sheriff believed they should be.
Maxine is patched up with police guarding her hospital room heavily, under instructions to shoot to kill if she were to try anything. Maxine didn't try anything, however, because she just didn't have it in her. The sheriff thought it best that she doesn't know Billy and Stu survived, leaving her agonizing over the deaths of the only people she truly every loved, and loved her truly in return.
Leaving her to fall further and further into the endless insanity that twists her mind, turning her into the deadliest woman Woodsboro will ever have rain down on them.
While Billy and Stu fell into comas due to their injuries, Maxine was sentenced to life in Moria Asylum, home for the criminally insane. While Maxine laughed and laughed into oblivion, her mind twisting down the rabbit hole into the coldest cruelest parts of herself, Billy and Stu stayed in their comas.
Maxine had no idea they survived, and that would come back to haunt everyone that had been there that night. Maxine makes a vow to herself and her boyfriends that she will stop at nothing until Gail Weather, Randy, the sheriff, everyone, and Sidney Prescott lays dead at her feet. Maxine swears on her very soul that she will make the town of Woodsboro pay for the wrath they had enflamed.
Too bad the only people that can stop her warpath are in comas...or are they?
