"Johnny, stop!" Your giggles told the Scotsman to do otherwise, his scruff tickling you as he nuzzled into your neck from behind. "Your beard is scratchy."
He chuckled, rubbing against you for a few more moments before backing his face away but keeping his hold around you as you placed the clean dish on the drying rack. He adored just having his touch on you in little moments like these, absorbing every detail of the mundane tasks you busied yourself with around the holidays as you fussed, making sure the house was ready for guests.
"Your dad and sister don't care how clean the house is, it's six bedrooms with two kids running around. They're just happy to see you and spend their Christmas with us. Mine and Konig's family don't come for a couple more days. Leave the dishes, wildfire. Come sit with me." He begged, dragging you away from the sink and into your shared living room, stopping you to face the Christmas tree that was wonderfully decorated with added touches that were obviously from children. "Look babe, just enjoy the festivities and all your hard work. I made you a drink, you're relaxing a bit with me."
Johnny left no room to argue, seeing as he quite literally swept you off your feet and carried you to one of the living room's large sofas. He set himself down first before situating you on top of him and throwing a blanket over your legs. He picked up the two mugs that were sitting on the side table next to you both, bringing them closer to your laps.
Instantly, the smell of the spiked cocoa hit your nose, making you gag with a hand over your mouth. "Ugh, Johnny, you know that alcohol makes me-"
He grimaced, "Right, sorry." Then threw the mug out the open window, miraculously, none of the liquid spilled as the cup disappeared through it, Johnny giving you a guilty smile. "Forgot about that."
He pulled you into him tighter with one arm around your torso, using his other to hand you a virgin hot chocolate. You laughed at him, despite him doing nothing but being himself. He was always the one who could bring the bubbling sound out of your chest, even when it wasn't his goal. You tucked your head under his chin, getting comfortable on top of his lap.
"It is nice to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet for once, even when it was just us four, there was never a moment of calm. One of you had me wanting to pull my hair out, the other giving me a heart attack, all while one of you was attached to my neck. It was like having children."
Johnny's hand rubbed your thigh absentmindedly, "I was definitely the one attached to your neck, bonnie." Despite not seeing his face, you knew the devious expression it had taken on as he ever so carefully took your mug and rearranged you to lay back on the couch with him hovering above you. "Leading us to fun positions like this."
His lips trailed along your neck, slightly sloppy kisses placed along the sensitive skin he had learned was your weak spot. Your moans slipped out despite your playful protest with your hands on his chest, your true desires were made known by the tilt of your head that allowed him better access.
"Johnny, you're going to get us in trouble. Our guests will be here soon. And Simon and König -"
He sucked at your throat, leaving a love mark before nipping at your skin. "Can wait their turn when they see the positions I'm going to put you in, lovie." His voice had a growl to it, his hands trailing down your sides to pull down your Christmas pajamas, wanting to kiss every inch of your skin while he finally had you alone in what felt to him like forever- which in reality was only about a week.
