Emily has been at the Richardson Complex for 6 months now
This chapter takes place in Mr.Maddox's office
Mr.Maddox's P.O.V.

"That Emily girl she is something. She posses two mutations that are opposite of each other. One is based on mental ,and the other is destructive power, but I found a connection between her two mutations her brain effects both of them. With destructive
power it is only triggered by anger & pain which comes from her brain and her power to take in ever detail in the room definitely uses the brain." I tell President Carter.
"That's incredible so why did you call me here?" the President asked.
"Because Mr.President I have collected many mutants ,and I think that they all should be enlisted in the military." I replied.
"But as you explained to me 40% of them are children including this Emily you are talking about." the President replied.
"But there not human." I rebuked.
"But they have human DNA in them as you explained"the president replied.
"I know that." I replied "But I've seen what each of them are capable of ,and it's not human at all."
"Mr.Maddox I think our conservation is over." The President said then he got out of the seat in front of desk ,and began to left the room.
