Chapter 9: Catscan

As I lay on my bed a sudden wave of hopelessness ,and sadness fills me. It's from Tara she is sad, and hopeless because she feels like this because she has decided that she will live here till the day that she dies. Tears begin to come out of dark brown eyes in compassion ,for her sorrow. I want to tell her that everything will be okay, but I can't I can't risk my telepathic abilities being discovered ,and she might freak out.

Then suddenly another wave of emotions hit me like a tidal wave. These are from Aaron. Fear ,and anger are filling him ,because he is afraid that he will be stuck here for the rest of his life ,and he is angry of what Mr.Maddox and the other scientist have done to him. He just wants to punch each of them. All Aaron wants is his old life back,and he is angry that it was taken away from him.

Stress begins to fill me ,and I begin to cry harder, and I run my hands on top of my head in stress and I feel my buzz cut hair. Before I came here my hair was long enough that it was in my face. I'm not really sure how long it is now ,because I haven't looked into the mirror in 2 years but it is very short. I hate feeling two peoples emotions in my head.

I don't like feeling others emotions in general. I can't help it though when a person is feeling strong emotions ,and is an range that I can feel it. I have no choice ,but to do feel their pain. So I cry ,and cry until the pain goes away which takes what seems like forever.

As I lay on my bed I begin to wish that I didn't have this mutation. That I didn't have to feel others pain, because I don't think I'm strong enough to handle all this pain. Sometimes when the scientist are hurting someone hard enough I can see glimpses of the tourture, but I feel it. I begin to cry in self pity.

After I'm done crying a nurse comes into my cell with blindfold, and a handcuffs in her hands. Then she puts my blindfold around my eyes and she handcuffs my hands then she tells me to get up,and I obey. I don't ask where she is taking me ,because they get mad when you do. So I just go with the flow. Till I here her open a door ,and then after walking for less then thirty seconds she tells me to sit down,and I obey.

Then she takes off my blindfold ,and handcuffs. I see that I am sitting on a table like bed that goes into a machine. I think it is some sort if xray machine. Then the nurse tells me to lay down on the table ,and I obey.

I am afraid that this is a cat-scan machine I don't want them to know of my telepathic abilities. Then the table that I am goes into the machine, and I spend about fifth-teen or ,so minutes in there until I come back out, and the nurse hand cuffs me ,and blinds folds me. Then she takes me back to my cell.
