still Luke's P.O.V.

Mr.Maddox fell to the group in pain. I did that. I shot him, and then suddenly the pain that filled him. Filled my brain,and I fell to keens in terrible pain.
I felt more then Mr.Maddox's physical pain ,but I felt the emotional pain as well. He has a daughter named Rebecca , and a wife Elizabeth ,and all he could think about was them, and that he didn't want to die ,because he didn't want them to be in sorrow. As bad as the physical pain was I had to leave, so I slowly and painfully walked out of the room, and any of the guards that I saw. I used my telepathic powers to make sure they didn't see me, and then I found my way out of the building.
I just shot a man,and now I have finally realized that Sam might of been right. That I was going down the wrong path. Even though I do feel remorse for shooting Mr.Maddox ,and I am even angry ,and almost shocked at myself for doing it. I am still a little angry with him ,for what he did to me ,and I still feel that I got something accomplished by shooting him.
So how can the wrong path feel ,so right? Maybe Sam was wrong in a way. She said that this wouldn't make things better, but it has made things better. I had gotten revenge on what that man did to me.
Now he understands my pain.
It is like my heart ,and brain are disagreeing with each other. My heart is feeling remorse ,and compassion for Mr.Maddox ,but my brain is telling me that what I did is right that I thought Mr.Maddox a lesson. I have now came apron the guard house that guards the entrance gate to the Richardson Complex, and the guard that is in it has seen me. He has now come out of the guard house ,and is aiming a gun at me.
"Freeze." the guard order ,but I continued to walk towards the guard "I said freeze boy." I still continue to walk then I put my index ,and middle finger on the side of my forehead ,and say:
"Drop the gun." The guard obeys my order. He just simply drops the gun on the ground. "you will open the gate, for me." I order ,and he goes inside the guard house ,and opens the gate for me, and then I pass through ,and the gate closes.
I am now free.
