Emily's P.O.V.

I sit in the back of Dr.Haberman's van with Jimmy ,and Henry. The car has seats on the left & right walls ,so that there is a clear opening in the middle. Henry sits across from me ,and my brother. Right now we are driving to a secret government place where the mutant that we need to rescue is being held.
"Here." Jimmy says to me as he hands me a photograph of boy with narrow ,but slightly round head, and buzz cut hair. Starring at me with his clear dark chocolate brown eyes "It's the mutant we are rescuing his name is Luke Coleman. You need to remember his face."
"Why?" I ask "I thought I was only the distraction."
"Well your also are going to help us rescue him." Jimmy replies.
"How am I going to do that?" I ask.
"Well after you hopefully destroy part of the building we need you to use your ability to analyze every detail to help us find Luke making you the key part in rescuing him." my brother replied.
"Okay I can do that."

Dr.Haberman stopped the car on the side of a dirt covered road. I look out of the window , and I see about 30 feet ( 9.144000 meters) away there is a giant brick fence.
"What are we doing?" I ask.
"Well we can't just roll up in front of the building that Luke is in." my brother explains "So this is where we are beginning the mission."
"Come over here Emily." Henry instructs ,and I obey "Jimmy can you please hand me that black box below you." My brother gives Henry the box.
" Thank you." Henry says then he opens a hidden compartment of box ,and takes out two suction cups with wire attached to them , and licks them. Then he puts the suction cups on my temple. Henry opens the black box I noticed there are two needles in it.
He takes one of the needles out ,but he keeps the box open. I look over at it ,and I see that there is a screen that measures my brain activity.
"You ready?" Henry asks.
"Just one question first how are you going to make sure that I blow up the building Luke is in?"
"Well we're just taking a shot in the dark,and even if you don't hit the building we are hoping that any distraction will work." Henry replied "so you ready?" I take a deep breath in. I am very nervous. Questions begin to race through my head. What if this is all for nothing? What if I destroy something that hurts the wrong people? I take a breath out.
"Emily your going to be just fine" Henry says in a comforting voice "so are you ready?" I shake my head yes. Then I feel the needle pierce my left arm. Everything slowly begins to blur, and I can make out any words that I hear from the voices around me that are talking,and then the world goes dark.
