Chapter 28: Monster

Luke's P.O.V.
Location: Georgetown,Delaware
---------------------------------------------- I arrived in Georgetown only a half an hour ago, and I got a hotel room at the
Travelers Inn, and now I stand in front of the mirror in the mirror just staring at the boy I see in front of me. The boy I see in front of me has a slightly round head ,but it is more narrow then it is round. He has dark brown eyes ,and is staring me down with them with a look in his eyes of fear ,and you know what he is afraid of. He is afraid of himself, because that boy knows who exactly he is. He is a monster, and I can't escape that monster it is inside me, and now it has become apart me.

Tears begin to quickly fall from my dark eyes, and sadness over takes me. I wish none of this had happened.

Sam's P.O.V.
Location: Georgetown, Delaware
----------------------------------------------

We arrived in Georgetown just a little while ago, and got two hotel rooms at the Travelers inn, and now as I sit on the bed. Me ,Emily ,and Tara are sharing a room ,and right now Tara is out getting some food with August. I realize something he is here. Luke is here. I can feel him, and I know that he is in terrible pain. Tears begin to fall from my dark blue eyes as I feel his terrible sadness.

Luke he has given up on any hope that there is good inside of him ,and that he is a monster, but I know that he is no monster. He is just lost, and I have to help him.

I can feel her inside my head, and I want her to get out.

"I know you're in my head" I telepathically communicate to Sam "get out "

"Luke you are not a monster." I hear Sam's voice say inside my head.

"I never asked you to read my mind." I telepathically communicate to Sam.

"I know I just want to help you Luke." I hear her voice in my head say.

"Why do you even care about me?"

"Because I feel your pain ,and I hate that you feel that you are a monster when you are not one." I hear her voice say in my head.

"How come you say I am not a monster?"

"Because Luke you may be lost right now,but you can always find the path you were on"

"But I don't remember my path?"

"My mother once told me that our destiny is written inside us ,and if we follow what is right ,and good as well as our hearts everything will be just fine."
