THUD

I jolted up awake, hearing a strange sound. I saw the clock showing 8'o clock in the morning. I looked around to find Taehyung gone, also rather than couch I was sleeping on bed.

I was confused that how I ended up here and wondered if Taehyung did just showed a act of kindness. Then I remembered why I woke in first place, suddenly my breathing got labored from the thought of something going wrong, like what if Mason got away. I slowly got off the couch and moved out of the room. I heard some voices coming from downstairs. I went downstairs and realized it was Junghyun and Taehyung talking.

What is Junghyun doing here so late?

I thought to myself and stood at the bottom edge of the stairs. They stood near the entrance of the kitchen and were in middle of arguing over something. They both still hadn't noticed me.

"Have you gone mad, do you know what you are even saying?" Junghyun said with his voice dripping with frustration.

"I know what I am saying, trust me it's the only way out," Taehyung said and Junghyun shook his head.

"I want revenge for my parent's dead but not on account of someone else's life," Junghyun yelled out and faced his back to Taehyung.

"I have noticed you keep talking about your parent's death but Junghyun don't forget it's not only about your parents. My parents were killed too by Roberto for that chip and we revenging for both of our parents," Taehyung shouted, his voice dropped low as he choked on a sob.

I clutched my fist near my heart as it hurt after hearing Taehyung's words. Tears stung my eyes and I understood why his eyes always looked hollow whenever he would talk about past. But I couldn't understand how his parents died and why Junghyun didn't told me about it.

Junghyun looked guilty but he still looked adamant on his words. "It's not like that Taehyung. No one more than me can understand your pain and also I still feel they didn't deserved that fate but I am not going to use Jungkook as a bait to catch Roberto," Junghyun cried out.

My eyes widened as I gasped in shock.

"Taehyung I don't have a good feeling about this" Junghyun's voice strained,

"Trust me. It will be okay. Just..."

I cut off Taehyung and dashed towards them. "You can't decide that on your own,"

Both turned to look at me with their shock stricken faces.

I ignored Junghyun and stood in front of Taehyung. "I knew you hate me, but I didn't know this much. How could you even think something like that?"

Taehyung shook his head, "No, you are misunderstanding..."

I put my hand forward, stopping him from saying anything. "Please, there is no misunderstanding,"

He stepped forward, but I turned around and ran upstairs. All the while I didn't realize that tears had already started flowing from my eyes.

Once I reached the room, I closed the door behind me. Leaning against it, I wiped my flowing tears.

"Jungkook open the door, listen to me once," Taehyung banged on the door and I shook my head,

"No go away, you are all just selfish liars," I shouted, but he still kept calling out.

"No, Jungkook, you are getting it wrong. At least give me a chance. I'll explain it to you" Taehyung begged,

I moved away from the door, pondering over whether should I open the door or not.
