whats happening?

Chapter 24

It was time. Time to use it! Obviously there's a long list of dangers that can come from using the machine but I couldn't care less. If I was to die I'd like it to say 'died while travelling through time' I just feel like that will be awesome.

"See you soon" "5 4 3 2 1" are helmets came on and we shrunk down. We went through these tunnel things. I followed behind Stark, Banner, Rogers, and Lang or something.

We appear behind a building in new York. Hulk came by smashing some cars. "You might want to smash a few things along the way" "I think it's insidious but anyway" he left shouting while smashing cars very gentle.

"What about me I'm kinda famous at the moment as I'm currently trying to take over midguard" "can't you turn invisible or something?" "Invisible?" "Yeah?" "Umm not really. I can for a short time but not long enough to make it there"

"Just try and blend in. Shapeshift or something" I rolled my eyes before shapeshifting. The first thing I thought of was Peter for some reason so I now looked like Peter but it's fine

"When are you going to admit you love him" "when I'm safe enough to be around. I don't want to bring him back tell him how I feel then absolutely crush him because I'm a narastistic maniac and then he might even die because of me"

"Wait so you do love him?" "I'm not sure can I just get the stone. We'll talk about this later" Stark grudgingly agreed finally letting me chase after Banner. I had to run after him cause he had gone way ahead but that made me look more in character with everybody else.

I chased after Banner and ended up jumping onto a smaller roof then doing sort of parkour along the roofs. I ran alongside him on the ground until I got to the bottom of the building. I turned myself invisible then used my magic to boost myself up. I ended up getting there first.

This Balad women wearing a yellow cloak was fighting the chitauri flying by. She stopped and looked at me "I should've known" I raised my eyebrows I'm confusion before hulk/ Bruce arrived.

He was about to walk in when the women stopped him "I wouldn't go that way" he looked at here "we just had the floors wax" he replied with a simple "hulk does what hulk wants?" I just rolled my eyes. Just then actual hulk smashed in some chituary behind him.

"Care to explain?" "We're looking for Doctor Strange" "Your approximately 5 years to early. Stephan Strange is currently performing surgery 20 blocks that way." She pointed down the road "What do you want with him?" He looked down "That actually"

She looked down at the necklace thing "Ah! I'm afraid not" "I'm seriously sorry but I wasn't asking" he cracked his nuckles and walked towards here "You don't want to do this" "Your right I dont but I need that stone and I don't have a lot of time to debate it-" He went to grab it but she attacked him seperating his astral form from his physical form" "no no no" "Now let's start over shall we?"

"That's so cool. I admit I haven't quite mastered it. It takes years of practice and I don't have the right books to learn it since the last copies have been locked up here" "Are you good now Loki or something?" "I wouldn't say good no but I'm not currently attempting to concure the planet if that's what you mean"

"Now if you don't mind I really do need this stone so..." I went to grab it simaliar to how Banner did. She tried to do it to me but I was able to block her attacked and push her back away "Not bad" "Yeah it's almost like I'm a God and the most powerful sorcerer in the 9 realms and possibly beyond"

"Yet you can't do astral projection?" "Yeah shut up" "Can we please get back on track?" "Right of course. You two have your little chat just pretend I'm not here" she looked at me before turning towards Banner.

"I wish I could help you but if I was to give up the time stone to save your reality I'd be dooming my own." "Yeah but with all due respect I'm not sure the science supports that"

She created a glowing line between me Banner and herself "The infinity stones create the experience you know as the flow of time. Remove one of the stones and time splits" she flicked away the time stone and a black divergent line came out of the main line which I'm guessing represents the timeline.

"Your timeline might benefit, but my new one... would definitely not. In this new branched reality without are chief weapon against the forces of darkness, our world will be overrun. Now tell me doctor can your science prevent all that?" "No but it can erase it"

Banner grabs the fake time stone "Because once we're done with the stones we can return each one to its own timeline, at the moment it was taken. So chronologically it never left" he put the stone back in place and the black divergen path erased.

"Your leaving out the most important part though. In order to put the stones back, you'd have to survive" "We will, I will, I promise" "I can't risk this reality on a promise"

She spoke again with more atoroty then before but it was short lasted "It is the duty of the sorcerer supreme to protect the time stone" "Then why the hell did Strange give it away?!" "What did you say?" "Strange gave Thanos the time stone" "willingly? Why?" "I don't know maybe he made a mistake" "Or I did"

Her eyes divert to me before looking back at Banner "Strange was supposed to be the best of us" "then he must have had done it for a reason" "I'm afraid you might be right" there voices where a lot quieter now. She brought Banner back into his physical form.

She hands me the stone while Banner is recovering from his litural out of body experience. I have no idea why she would trust me with it but she did for some reason.

As I held it it started floating and green magic started flowing around it "What are you doing Loki?" "Nothing" I felt my feet lift off the floor and the next thing I new the stone shot into me through my chest. I felt a burning sensation as it entered my blood steam. I could see green floating all around me. Finally I felt a spark on my wrist before everything went dark.

It's so hard writing Loki into scenes that actually happened especially around time travel because I have to remember that my Loki knows fuck all about the multiverse other then they're own theorirs in their own head that it may exist.
