"Shit" looks like my estimation was off by a bit. But at least I made it in time.

"Is this the attack you told us about?" The chief asked Cale as he stood up.

"Yeah"

"W-why?"

"Why what?"

"Why are they attacking us?"

"I also don't know"

Someone slammed open the door. "Chief! There are people in black that suddenly appeared and are attacking us!"

"Stay here" Cale put the kittens on the desk.

"But we can help!" Hong retorted.

"No, it's dangerous" Cale booped him on the nose ignoring the surprised looks on the wolves faces. He patted the two kittens heads before turning and walking outside.

There were masked men scattered throughout the village, killing all the adults they found and grabbing the children.

The chief bolted out the door and stared at everything in horror before running somewhere.

Cale surveyed the village, trying to find someone.

"Lock! Hide here" he turned and saw a familiar but younger looking boy with tears streaming down his face.

"But uncle! What about you?" The boy cried.

"It will be okay" the chief comforted. "I will be back soon"

Cale was watching all this from the entrance of the chiefs house. I should help, but I'm really weak. Ah right, Lock said that Choi Han appeared a bit later but it was already too late. I just need to hold them back for a little and save as many lives as possible.

He unsheathed the knife that was tied to his waist.

"Little dragon" Cale whispered "do you think you can make me faster like what you did before?"

"Of course I can. I'm a dragon!" A voice replied as his body began to feel lighter.

"Thank you, you're amazing. Now you should stay in the tent, it will be boring. Play with On and Hong while waiting for me" Children shouldn't see some things.

"Okay..." Cale waited for the dragon and shut the door behind him.

"I'll be done in no time" I should start with the ones holding the children.

Cale ran to the men in black, who were too busy trying to tie up the wolf kids to notice danger approaching.

"S-" someone one saw him but it was too late. The red head cleanly sliced his neck, silencing the man who gurgled his last breath.

The rest of the men realised that someone died and quickly tried to attack him, leaving a few to guard the unconscious kids.

Although Cale wanted to keep some alive, they would probably have poison or bomb for suicide. Too much trouble. He thought plunging his knife to another's head. Cale bent forward, narrowly avoiding a sword that swung behind him. Twisting around, he slashed at a man's sword, cutting it in half. This knife is better than I expected. A smile crept up on his face.

Some more of the men in black realised that he was dangerous and joined the fight.

After Cale finished off the last of the attacking men he looked to the guards that were staring at him with caution.

"Stop!" A voice yelled from behind. "Another move and I'll kill them!"

Cale turned and saw a man around the chief's house, holding a silver and red kitten in one hand and a dagger to their necks in the other. His heart plummeted.
