(This chapter's a little over 5000 words. I'm not even kidding. Again, it took me 3 hours to write this whole thing out. Also, not all of the second half of the cast and the demons are not in the same scene, but they are all in this chapter :) also, not all of the characters are going to meet Taeko in this chapter, as I'd like to give some spotlight to the OCs alone as well. So, I'm changing things up a bit. The Butterfly Mansion helpers are going to be introduced in the next chapter!)
Kazuha Yoshida
A female with platinum blonde hair was walking through the forest with two other demon slayers beside her. She and the other two demon slayers were meant to search for the demons that were lurking around this forest. Her name was Kazuha Yoshida.
One of the demon slayers had long blue hair, tied into a low ponytail. Her uniform was sleeveless and had a pair of gloves on. She seemed to be a lot taller than her, and she seemed to be rather quiet, and kept to herself. She didn't speak very much throughout the entire walk, though she seemed really nice. Her name was Kyō Huang.
The second demon slayer with her didn't speak much either. She has red hair, and yellow eyes. But instead of the blue haired female, the red-haired female had barely shown any emotion, and only spoke when necessary. The female with platinum blonde hair tried speaking to her about the mission a few times but had ended up getting a harsh response in return. And her name was Akane Hasegawa.
Within the forest the three females were in, it was a rumor that whenever any demon slayer would encounter these demons, they would be killed in a matter of seconds.
And just now, they all were at the spot where the demons would certainly appear. "Is this... the place?" The female with platinum blonde hair had suddenly asked. The red-haired female had sighed, crossing her arms.
"Well, isn't it obvious? This is the exact same place, isn't it?"
"You're right, but you don't have to be so harsh, Akane..."
The female with blue hair, Kyō had spoken up just now. Akane, the red-haired female had scoffed a little. "What? I'm just stating what is true."
The blonde-haired female had tried to stop the argument from escalating. She had a feeling that Akane can be hostile towards new people, and this was the first time she had seen it.
"Okay, let's not fight here. Let's get back to what we're really here for."
"Uhh... Kazuha?"
The blonde-haired female had heard Kyō say her name, and she turned around. Kazuha's eyes widened in shock, seeing that there were two figures standing in the trees.
Were they the two demons that everyone had spoken of in this forest?
One of them had brown hair, fading into white. She had red eyes, pale skin, and a black kimono with red flowers and gold lining. It looked like the demon was physically a bit younger than Kazuha. And in the demon's hands, were twin daggers.
And the other demon, seemed to be a male with black hair, grey skin, and yellow eyes. He had a smoke pipe in his hand, as he stared at the three female demon slayers.
"Well... looks like new demon slayers have come to play, eh? What should we do with them, Ryoji?" The brunette demon had asked, turning towards the male. The male demon, whose name was Ryoji had shrugged a bit.
"I dunno, Miharu. Guess we can have a bit of fun. As long as we take them out. Lord's orders, remember?"
"Yeah, yeah, I know."
