Wandering around school with my new bag and pencil case was so much more empowering than I thought. I feel like I blend in better now, I just need new shoes which hopefully once I save up I can buy myself.

Elle noticed the new purchases and was so happy that I finally "used my money on myself". Well that's what I told her, she has no idea I have no money and that Ashton bought it.

I'm anxious about this afternoon, I don't know what Harry plans on discussing. As far as I know, we talked about it enough yesterday. What could he possibly want?

I don't know how we'd get away to talk either since Elle will be around and I can't really say that I'm at her house to talk to Harry. If he wants to speak to me about something, he needs to organise it, so if Elle is there, there will be no discussion.

As I sit in science class, I text Ashton from under the table, hoping he'd get my message even though he's in class right now.

2:03pm - Me: I'm going to go to Elle's house this afternoon to hang out.

2:05pm - Ashton: Ok do you need me to drop you off?

2:06pm - Me: No I'll catch the bus with her.

2:08pm- Ashton: Remember I'm trusting that you're not going to do anything silly so don't make me regret my decision

I reply simply with a to n 'ok'. The last time I went to Elle's I ended up at the bon fire and came home absolutely off my face. I don't expect to be doing that this afternoon at all.

Harry texted me not long later, telling me to meet him at his car in the senior carpark so he could take Elle and I back to their place. I secretly wish I was going to be spending my afternoon with Ash but I guess I just need to get this silly thing over with.

I get out of school as quickly as I can to avoid wasting any time so I can get back to the apartment sooner rather than later. I see Harry leaning against his car with a cigarette loosely resting between his lips making me roll my eyes. God, how I'd love to have a smoke right now but I promised Ashton that I'd stop and I know he'd smell it on me once I got home.

"Smoking on school grounds huh? Can't be good for your school captain reputation." I fold my arms as I approach him. I'm annoyed that he's making me do this.

He keeps his head held high and flicks ash into the ground. He doesn't bother acknowledging me which pisses me off even more. I'm only doing this because he wanted me too.

He drops his cigarette butt onto the asphalt and gets into the driver's side of his little car.

"Um where's Elle?" I huff, deciding to take the passenger seat since Chantelle is taking far too long.

"Going to Michael's." He bluntly replies without the care to look at me.

It appears he has planned this out, but I don't appreciate his attitude.

"I'm not going with you if you're going to be a
cunt."

"You think I'm being a cunt? Oh, you have no idea if you think I'm being a cunt right now. If you keep going the way you're going you'll see it sooner rather than later."

My lips part in astonishment. Harry would never talk to me like this ever and I'm completely disgusted. I have no idea what has gotten into him but it's not pleasant.

"I beg your pardon." I feel my fists clench as my temper dangerously creeps up.

"You heard me now put your seatbelt on." He growls, without taking a glance at me. As if he's too good and too superior to look at me.
