As Jungkook and I walk back to the dorms something clicks in his head, "Oh! We need to go to the mall!" He stops walking.

"It's Taehyung's birthday soon, I totally forgot." He says while putting a hand up to his forehead, "let's go."

When we arrive at the mall it's packed with parents trying to find last minute gifts for their kids. Which, is kind of depressing, but at least their Mothers are actually getting them gifts.

I kind of wish my Mom would do that.

"Let's go in this store," Jungkook points to a smaller store filled with clothes and other miscellaneous things, I follow.

"So what does Taehyung like?" I ask as we walk into the store, "He likes clothes, videos games, and things that are unique." He smiles as he pulls out a shirt with a weird lion design on it. He laughs, "imagine if I got this for him." He giggles as he puts it back.

"I'm gonna look around for something, I'll be back when I'm ready to check out." I say before splitting off from Jungkook, he nods. 

I scan the isles for a present as I walk,

Video game t-shirt?
Cringe.

Mario and sonic sweatshirt?
Wayyyy too unique.

Another weird lion design on a shirt?
This is getting a little weird..

As I leave the clothing area I stumble onto the jewelry section. That's when I find the perfect gift, I think..

A thickish gold chain necklace with a letter 'V' on it. I smile as I look at the girl behind the counter.

"Can I have that one please?"

Jungkook POV

As Haeseong and I walk back to the dorms together we smile. We share small giggles as we race each other up the stairs, when we get to the top Haeseong puts his hands on his knees to catch his breath.

After endless moments of panting I finally pull myself together. "Alright, I think I should, you know.. get going." I say awkwardly. Haeseong nods but before he walks to his dorm room he stops and looks at me like he wants to say something.

"Um.. Thank you, for today I mean." He plays with his fingers, refusing to look up at me. "You made my Christmas better." He smiles and quickly enters his dorm, leaving me alone with my thoughts while smiling like a fool.

Why does he make me feel this type of way?

I enter the dorm smiling, which catches the attention of Seokjin. "You look happy," he says with a small smile, "Did you have fun with your family?" He says while winking.

"Yeah, something like that." I say while a small grin creeps up on my face.

Haeseong,

my brain thinks,

I had fun with Haeseong.

That day still lingers in my mind, even when days pass.

It was the type of day that makes me look at the clock and think 'I was with Jungkook during this time on Christmas'
