A/N: ^This video just lives in my mind rent free lol

ANYGAYS, my round of midterm exams will be over this week, and hopefully between Christmas and February I'll be able to update the book twice a week like I used to with my old books when I wasn't in college. I hope you'd like that :)))

Soobin would've never kissed someone he just met, especially not someone he doesn't even know the name of. Heck, he didn't even know how to kiss someone without messing anything up. But he just couldn't help it. He was drawn to the boy he spent the whole dance with.

Yes, he just wanted to hug him to give him some warmth since the other shivered, but when he held him in his embrace and looked into those beautiful eyes behind the mask and his eyes landed on the other's lips, his mind went blank. All he could think of was how badly he wanted to kiss the boy.

So he slowly leaned closer, waiting for the other to push him away or something, but nothing like that happened. On the inside his mind was screaming oh my god I have no idea what I'm doing, am I really about to kiss someone, how do I do it, someone help!!! But his heart didn't listen to it as he decided to just go for it.

And obviously that had to be the moment when an alarm went off. Soobin pulled back and scratched his nape awkwardly as the boy fished his phone out of his pocket with blushing cheeks. He widened his eyes seeing the screen.

'Oh my gosh' he whispered.

'What's wrong?' panicked Soobin. The boy looked at him, then back at his phone.

'I-It's midnight already!'

'And? The dance is not over' said Soobin. The boy quickly turned the alarm off and stood up from the bench.

'I have to go!'

'What? Why?' asked Soobin, but the other had already turned away.

'It's too late! They can't know I'm here!' he said in panic.

'Who? What's going on?' Soobin rushed after the boy, trying to grab his hand, but he pulled it away from him. 'Did I make you uncomfortable? I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to...'

'It's nothing like that! I'm sorry, it's me.... I really enjoyed tonight!' said the boy and began running towards the school. But Soobin wasn't going to give up that easily as he quickly caught up with his pace, following him as he ran inside the school building since that was the shortcut to the main gate.

'Please! I don't even know your name!' yelled Soobin desperately, but it was useless. The boy ran on the hallway towards the stairs that led to the gate of the school. Soobin slipped on the floor tiles as he wasn't used to wearing such formal shoes, especially not running in them. By the time he gained his balance back, he could only hear the other's footsteps as he turned the corner towards the stairs.

Soobin began running again as if his life depended on it (honestly it actually felt like it did). As he turned the corner he saw the boy running down the stairs and towards the gate. The gate opened slightly and the slim figure slipped outside, disappearing in the darkness of the night. Soobin stopped at the top of the staircase and stared at the door while panting for air, his heart breaking.

The mystery man didn't even tell him his name. All he knew about him was that his last name is Choi (which, let's admit it, not much of a help as half of the school's family names were Choi) and that he goes to their school... or not? Actually he wasn't sure about that now either. Yes, the boy told him that his friend made him go to the party, but did he say anything about going to their school? Soobin wouldn't bet on it now.

'Hyung?' asked suddenly a voice from behind him. He turned around and saw Tae catching up with him with his camera in his neck and a glass of drink in his hand. Soobin's brain was still progressing what just happened, so as he stared at his friend he asked the first thing that came to his mind.

'What the hell are you drinking?'

Taehyun looked at the plastic cup in his hand that had some questionable looking bright green liquid in it.

'They said it's kiwi juice, but honestly, it doesn't taste like anything' he said and looked back at Soobin. 'Where were you all evening? I haven't seen you once' he asked. Soobin just shook his head and turned back towards the gate.

'He left' he said quietly. Tae was quick to understand what he means. Obviously him and Kai saw Soobin sneak out of the ballroom with the mysterious masked man.

'Oh crap! Let me guess, he forgot about the time and realized that the Fairy Godmother's magic will be over at midnight and his evil stepmother is waiting for him at home?' said Taehyun in a joking manner. Little did he know, he wasn't far from the truth at all. However it didn't cheer up Soobin the slightest. Taehyun put a hand on the taller's shoulder. 'Hey, it's okay, hyung! You can talk to him on Monday, right?'

'I... I don't know who he was' muttered Soobin.

'You don't know?!'

'I asked for his name, but he didn't tell me! I only know that his last name is Choi.'

'Not that much of a help' grimaced Taehyun. 'But hey, we can solve this! We're going to find him! I've never seen you like this before, hyung! That boy must be special!'

'Yeah' smiled slightly Soobin at the thought of the boy. 'Really special.' Then as he looked towards the gate again, his eyes landed on something shiny on the stairs. He left Taehyun there and began walking down the stairs, stopping midway and leaning forward to pick the item up.

It was a mask.

A silver one to be exact.

The mystery boy's mask.

'He dropped it' he stated the obvious turning back to Taehyun with the mask in his hand. The younger squealed.

'Okay, this night is better than I had expected!' he said. Soobin was about to argue, saying that his mystery man just left him in the middle of the dance, how would that be any good, but Tae held a finger up. 'We have a clue now, hyung! Do you know what this means?' he asked and pointed at Soobin. 'Prince Charming, Operation Finding Your Cinderella is a go!'
