'One word.' A blonde woman said as she looked at the Enforcer she was supposed to take care of.

'Failed?' The young blue haired enforcer asked as he was clad in bandages.

'No. Its Lucky.' She retorted calmly as he nodded. 'That guy... he was something else.' He muttered as she kept doing her boring paperwork. As he touched with few stingy feelings on his bandaged arm. And few other parts, as he was still sensitive to everything from the unknown assailant.

Isabelle kept looking at the recorded footage. The man seemed somewhat familiar... except the part that half of his body was like a shadow in the footage.

For hours to pass, she kept scanning the footage to find something. Something... Something wasn't clicking with it in her head.

Stepping outside a portal, William looked around and took in a breath of freezing air. "Fresh~~ Even magic is nicely stockpiling in one direction?" He thought to himself as it was blaring from his right... far away.

As he was taking in the sight of scenery, akin to his Reality Marble. An arrow grazed his cheek from behind.

He turned around calmly, not activating a single of his powers as the wound closed quickly.

His sight laid on what appeared to be a typical clan of barbarians... No. Berserks.

The woman at front was higher than him, over two meters tall. And other men and women following in height. She had two short brown ponytails on her sides, a scar tissue on her forehead in recognition of an eye. With another scar issue on her right cheek and on middle of her nose.

She was plenty muscular... that made even her booba muscular. 'I'm not into overly muscular women.' William said with a small grimace. While scanning rest of the people with her.

'Outsider. What are you doing on Esteban grounds.' Her voice was filled with curiosity. There was no negative emotions with it. "Wait... He's only wearing light clothing?" She thought to herself as he smiled. 'Just going around, pointlessly. Aimlessly. Also, what's that there?' He answered and pointed to now his left where he felt the strong mana from.

Her previous gaze of curiosity. Now had changed into one where a Predator hunts a Prey.

William calmly stood there and flicked his fingers in her direction.

They all released a laughter at his small puny action. "A flick? What is it go-" Wind picked aggressively as William used <Whirlwind> Quirk. The wind howled like an aggressive beast at the group. 'Tell me...' He said and extended his right arm towards them with an open palm. 'Do you know basics of Physics and Thermodynamics?' Asking them. His arm set aflame with mix of red and blue.

'A magician!?' She shouted and everyone divided in astonishing speed. William calmly stood as the flames continued raging on his arm, creating a visage of few more colours due to the cold and how they flared altogether.

As he was about to throw the flames into their direction... through his body something resonated. His gaze turned to right as he felt something stir his Draconic elements. "This is... Is this how Dragon Magic feels?" As he thought to himself. An enormous axe descended on his shoulder.

Alas to surprise of everyone, the ax had stopped on his shoulder as his eyes changed into vertical slits. "It's strong... I think I have a few mind and memory type quirks." He turned his gaze to the woman whose ax was on his shoulder. 'Fuck. Off. While I am nice.' He said with a smug smile. But for her? It was as if a kid not even half as muscular as her had mocked her. A child!
