The door swung open with a resounding thud, the lock giving way to my force. Inside the dimly lit studio, their startled expressions mirrored the surprise of our abrupt entrance.
"It's just the two of us," I calmly declared, observing the panic settling in their eyes. "Take them out. Just those two!"
As the command hung in the air, they lunged at us, but their movements lacked the finesse required. Their attacks were sluggish, and I effortlessly anticipated their every move. I tightened my fists, seamlessly evading their punches, exploiting the predictability of their strikes. With the precision of my kyokushin training, I countered, delivering blows that elicited agonized screams from them.
In that chaotic moment, weight classes and numerical advantage became irrelevant. It was clear - without the foundation of experience and expertise in combat, their resistance proved futile.
Goo confronted me amidst the chaos, our backs against the wall as a group of adversaries closed in.
"You sent your successor who provided gambling?" he inquired, suspicion etched on his face.
"An 'ex' candidate successor," I clarified, emphasizing the 'ex,' my senses heightened as the encircling threats intensified.
"He's the only candidate, right?" Goo teased, a familiar banter playing out.
"You have to collect 300 groups, tough to do alone," I pointed out, detecting a glimmer of recognition in his eyes.
"I..." he started to respond, but abruptly headbutted me, stoking my frustration. "I have to do it all because you left!"
"Are you nuts!?" I retorted, countering with an elbow to his face. His stubbornness was wearing thin, and I was growing weary of the constant conflict.
"Take off your glasses," he demanded aggressively, a veiled threat hanging in the air. "This time, I'll make you blind."
"How many steel pins do you need?" I shot back, removing my sunglasses. It was time to confront his stubborn to resolve and teach him a lesson he wouldn't forget.
He poised himself with a lightning-fast stance, preparing by taking a lightning stand. However, I seized the advantage, wielding a heavier lightning stand and delivering a forceful swing in his direction. Our battle unfolded, and Goo's unpredictable tactics made it more annoying than I thought. It gives me headache. Telling him that it's the appropriate time and place for his stubbornness.
In the midst of our intense exchange, a sudden interruption diverted our attention.
"Ohhh" He said as he seems to be amazed then I look where is he looking at. And he told me. "Was he following you? That's nice."
His self-discipline was evident in every move—each strike delivered with increased strength since that pivotal day. But a thought lingered: was that not just my move from earlier, or had he acquired it elsewhere?
Post-fight, we called for silence, attempting to restore order. As Goo approached me for a conversation, our attention shifted abruptly. A group of individuals had knelt before us, their actions signaling an unexpectedly.
"Why are you kneeling?" I asked them thinking this situation properly. "You think we're Gangsters?
"You guys were quite good," Goo remarked with a smirk. "I can't believe you made us work for it."
Surveying the aftermath of chaos and turmoil, I noticed Crystal stepping forward, ready to share her perspective. "I came to deliver my father's message," she stated, her tone carrying a weight of significance.
"Ceo young min jang" She called him" He dismisses you from the position of president of PTJ entertainment."
The pitiful CEO began to question the legality of the situation when, suddenly, my boss's stern, cold voice cut through the air.
"Legally?" I listened as the things right now are getting more serious. I stared at Daniel Park for the meantime. I observed his actions as I heard Boss's voice continues. "I have to explain that"
Chairman got his entrance and Crystal looks back surprised.
"Gosh. I knew it. I thought its weird that those two come over." She's still in shocked state. "Dad"
Apart from guarding Crystal, I rose to my feet and positioned myself by the president's side.
