It was a Friday night and I was sitting in my room reading a novel while listening to some music when my two sisters suddenly walked in.
"What are you two doing here?" I took sip of the smoothie my mom made for me. If it's not her it's Nkosinathi who's forcing me to eat even when it's not lunch time.
"We came to chill with you obviously." Angie snatched the novel from me and placed it on the other side.
"On a Friday night?" It's not a secret that my sisters are party animals.
"Okay, you caught us. How about we have a sisters day?" Angie suggested. I looked at the time on my phone and it was around eight pm.
"At this time?"
"The night is only starting Asa." Addy stated.
"What were you guys thinking then?"
"Partying obviously." Addy said it like it was an obvious choice.
"No!" I declined immediately. I hate parties. Introvert and partying don't miss.
"Why not? Please…" Angie pouted but I'm not giving in.
"Guys no. Anything but not partying. Shopping? Hell yes."
"Who shops at night? Don't be silly." Addy rolled her eyes.
"Addy stop it." Angie warned her."Asa I'm begging you. I'm leaving for Rome next week and I want to spend time with my little sisters before that."
"We could do something tomorrow Angie." I tried to reason with her.
"Fuck this." She started tickling me."Say yes otherwise I'm not stopping."
I couldn't help it but agree. Tickling is my weakness and I hate them for this.

We walked inside the club. It was already full of people and the loud music didn't do justice to my anxiety.
"Relax. What can go wrong?" Addy tried to comfort me.
"A lot could go wrong. Someone can come with a gun and shoot everyone or someone can throw up on you or even worse your drink get spiked by some creep then he molest you." I mumbled.
"Take this and stop taking shit." Angie shoved a drink on me. I smelled it and it was cherry vodka.
"Thanks." I took a sip of the sweet and strong drink. It burnt my throat.
"Let's do shots." They pulled me to the bar and asked for nine shots, three each.
They finished theirs while I was left with only two.
"Asa! Asa! Asa!" They chanted my name in encouragement to take the shots and I quickly gulped them down.
"Yay!" They yelled.
They pulled me to dance. We started dancing until a stranger held my waist and I went to sit down. Angie was live on her Instagram account.
"Demons!" That's a name for her fans. She's an angel while they are demons.
"Look who decided to come along with us? My sister,Asa! Say hi,to the demons…" She was drunk and so was I.
"Hi guys…" I waved at her phone. I may be intoxicated but I won't call people demons.
"She's sweet right? The party is only starting! Whoever can guess which club I'm in is free to join and say hi." She ended the live when some girls asked to take pictures with us.
