"𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐎!" Benji cheerfully said, waving at Devin's group. He then chuckled nervously. "You are one scary looking group of people."Devin moved away from Trevor and put her hand on Benji's arm. "Relax, Benny, they're nice people." She assured him.
The boy nodded. "Oh, yeah. That guy looked real nice." He spoke, nodding towards Daryl. His eyes then landed on Dane and a gasp escaped his throat. "Dude!" He shouted.
Everyone in the house looked over at his loud voice. Benji smiled widely. "You're Devin's dad! I'm your biggest fan. She told us all about you."
Dane smiled slightly and looked at Devin with raised brows. "She did?" He asked, glancing over at the three new boys in the house.
Benji nodded enthusiastically. "Oh, yeah! You're super cool."
"That's enough, man." Travis said, clapping a hand down on Benji's shoulder. "I'm Travis." He introduced himself before pointing over his shoulder at Trevor. "And that's Trevor."
Javi cleared his throat, sitting down on his pallet with Jackass. "We're aware. Willow filled us in." He said, tilting his head.
Devin looked around at her group and her friends and she shifted on her feet nervously. Trevor looked at her and picked up on her body language. He cleared his throat. "Uh, it's getting late and you guys are probably exhausted. So, we're gonna head on home." He announced before turning to Devin.
"Uh, Dev... Out house is the yellowish looking one a few blocks from here. Come by in the morning." He told her.
Devin nodded, forcing a smile. "Yeah... Okay."
"Night Devs!" Benji called out as he, Travis and Trevor walked out the door.
"Bye." Devin mumbled as the door shut behind them. She turned to see the others staring at her.
"Interesting friends." Kaitlyn hummed, tilting her head.
Devin sighed. "They'll grow on you." She told the group.
"No they won't." Willow quickly argued, shaking her head.
Devin rolled her eyes, glaring at her sister. "The only reason you don't like them is because mom didn't." She muttered.
Willow scoffed. "And because they're annoying idiots."
"I don't like the loud one." Javi said, raising his hand.
The redhead side eyed the man annoyed. "These guys meant a lot to me. They helped me through some fucked up times. Just give them a chance, all of you... Please?" She asked, looking around at everyone.
"As long as you approve of them, they're fine by me." Rick said, nodding to himself. He trusted Devin and if she wanted him to give the boys a chance he would.
Devin smiled slightly and nodded. "Thank you. That's all I'm askin'." She said as she walked over to the couch.
