𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐋 𝐖𝐀𝐒𝐍'𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐍'𝐒 first choice when it came to breakfast, but it was all they had in the house. "Dude!" Leo's voice echoed throughout the house as he followed Kai to the refrigerator. After Alexandria got overrun, a lot of houses became free so Elle, Sam, Kate, Leo, Devin and Kai decided to move into one together to get away from living with their parents and or parental figures.
"Your back." Leo laughed, drawing Kate and Devin's attention over to him and Kai.
Devin's eyes widened and she dropped her spoon into her bowl. Apparently Kai decided it would be a good idea to walk around the house shirtless, putting some bright red scratches on full display.
Kate looked at her and raised a brow. "Have fun last night?" She wondered with an amused smirk.
Kai looked around at his friends and girlfriend. "What's goin' on?" He asked, tilting his head in confused.
His girlfriend's cheeks turned the same shade of red as her hair and she covered her face. "Go look in the mirror at your back. . . put a shirt on while you're at it, please."
The young Grimes man looked at her weirdly before disappearing down the hall.
Leo smirked, walking up behind Devin and placed his hands on her shoulders. "Oh! Kai!" He softly moaned, leaning his face close to her ear.
"Oh my God!" Devin huffed, shoving his face away from her. "I miss the sweet Leo."
"I'm liking the new Leo. He's funny." Kate admitted with a shrug.
"See? I'm funny." Leo smiled smugly, leaning back.
The redhead shook her head and stood up with her bowl in hand. "I think it's time for me to go do somethin' else. . . I'm sure Maggie could give me something to do." She said, placing her bowl in the sink before leaving the kitchen.

𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖 𝐒𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐍 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 writing in an old leather journal she found. She had never been one to write her feelings down in a diary, so she chose to write other things down. The first three pages had a list of everyone they lost and he favourite things she'd like to remember about them. She never wanted to forget that stuff.
"Willow!" She heard Javi yell, probably from downstairs.
The girl sighed and turned around in her chair to look towards her bedroom door. "What?!"
"Carl and Duane are here!"
"Jesus." The Philip girl muttered, closing her journal.
Suddenly her door flew open and two out of three of her only friends barged in. "Do y'all knock?" She asked, narrowing her eyes at the boys.
"Sorry." Duane sent her a small smile. "We're just in a hurry."
Willow scoffed, tucking some of her hair behind her ear. "For what?" She raised a brow.
Carl shrugged, grabbing Willow's gun from the top of her dresser. "We're going out with Enid again. Come on." He told her, handing over her gun.
The girl sighed, standing up and putting her gun in her back pocket. "Alright. Let's go."
