chapter 21- Her Fiancé

"Soha..bete why don't you take some rest?", Paree said to the girl who sat straight on the sofa in the living hall since an hour waiting for Adam,

"No I'm waiting for Adam", she replied fixing her bracelet that costed 40 lakhs.

"Okay, let me call him once again", saying this Paree walked towards his room amd knocked on his door. It wasn't closed, she went inside and found Adam laying on the bed. She slowly sat near his chest and stroked his hand that was placed on his stomach. He opened his eyes when he felt the touch. "Soha is waiting from an hour", she said,

"Let her wait forever i don't care", he angrily replied,

"Adam", she said moving his hand away from his head, "this is how i taught you to respect women?",

"I hate her", he said pulling his hand,

"But you need to respect her- if not as a woman, as a human atleast you should, come on", she told trying to convince him,

"I'm not coming down", he said loudly,

"It's fine, i came up", Soha said entering his room.

Adam and Paree looked at her as she walked in and sat on the chair opposite to his bed.

Adam's anger stiffened the atmosphere, to make it lighter Paree laughed it off and asked if they would prefer coffee. On getting a positive response she went to kitchen giving them privacy.

"Why are you here?", he asked in a strict tone,

"Because this is my place", she answered swiftly as she slid next to him on bed,

"It isn't", he said moving away,

"It isn't today but it will be tomorrow", she carelessly replied,

'Such a bit-', he thought,
"I've told your dad that i don't wanna meet you like this", he told wearing his jacket,

"I've told my dad that i dont care if you want to or no, the deal is with us and you need to listen", she said gripping his wrist as tight as she could,

He clenched his jaw, 'if i had a chance to kill someone and not sin, it would definitely be you' he told himself,

With intense force he let go off his hand from her grip and stormed out of his room almost crashing Paree and spilling the coffee.

"What happened just now? Why did Adam leave?", Paree asked entering the room and watching Soha lay on her sons bed.

"I have no idea", she said taking a cup from the tray.

It was almost evening. Laibah was in the kitchen feeding Azizah her evening meal when the door bell rang.

On opening the door she saw Javed and Munira along with Bilal who was holding a box of sweets.

"Assalamualaikum", they greeted each other,

"Azizah look your other nana-nani have come", Laibah told her daughter when she giggled on Javeds salaam,

He bought forth his hands and she immediately went to him and snuggled into his shoulders.

Azizah was a very extroverted baby, she loved meeting people. She would go to everyone in the family and especially the men of the family. She was smart enough to know that if she behaved well with the men of the house then they would definitely take her on their daily walks or daily rides.

"She reminds me of Aarzu", Munira told kissing the baby's hand.

"Where's she?", Laibah asked,

"She's coming"
