James, Walker and I all walk out of the doctors office I can't help but smile knowing that the doctor is allowing me off of bed rest since she knows that the baby isn't under stress any more. I'm excited to re introduce some normalcy back into my life.

As we walk out out to the car I feel my stomach grumble "James can we get something to eat?" I ask him

"Of course do you want fast food or do you want to go and sit down for a meal some where?"

"I'd prefer to sit down at a decent place but whatever works for you is okay," I answer.

We come across a nice little Diner on our way back to the apartment. We all sit down and wait for our waitress to take our orders. Of course I look like a fat ass as I down my food but when you're eating for two it's not hard to say 'fuck you' to whoever stares.

"Mommy?" walkers asks as we finish up our dessert.

"Yes baby?" I answer him.

"How much longer until the baby comes?" He asks.

"I don't know bud but I know I've got at least another month and a half," I answer.

After we pay our bill we climb into the car and begin our trek back to home. We walk into our large flat and I set my purse down. "Mommy can I draw?" Walker asks

"Sure just keep the stuff in the kitchen please m," I answer grabbing the crayon box, some paper and coloring books. Walker begins to doodle away as I sit on the couch with James watching TV.

After about an hour I hear Walker call "mommy come see what I drew,"

James helps me up off the couch as I waddle my way over to Walker. His picture is off our family baby bump and all. the colorful stick figures and scribbled handwriting melt my heart. "It's beautiful honey," I say kissing my sons forehead.

"I tried really hard to make you pretty mommy because you are pretty," he says.

"Thank you my sweet boy," I say "can I put it on the fridge?" I ask him

"Sure," he responds taking the paper and handing it to me. I find the perfect place to put it and hang it there I admire the precious art work.

I sit back on the couch next to James. Walker decides to go play with his dinosaurs in his room. "I still can't believe this baby is going to be here in a month," James says

"Thank god I can't wait to get this thing out of here I want to be able to do things without the belly getting in the way," I laugh

"But I'm going to miss your cute little belly," James pouts.

"Little my ass, I'm a whale," I retort

"But a very cute whale," he tells me

James and I continue to banter back and forth until it becomes around 3:00 and he has to go to the theatre. "Idina maybe you could surprise the audience during curtain call tonight," he tells me

"That would be a great idea but what about Walker?" I ask.

"He can come on stage with you it would be adorable," he tells me.

"Okay just let me get ready," I kiss his cheek and head into the bedroom.

I select a black maxi dress a white cardigan and flip flops out of my closet and begin to do my hair in loose curls my make up is subtle but still noticeable. Once I'm satisfied with my appearance I exit to the living room.

"Looking gorgeous babe," James says as I step towards him.

"Does this dress make me look fat?" I ask
