#.. SIXTY-SEVEN

As Seungmin woke up, he was greeted by a huge headache. Groaning, he turned around to look at his phone, checking the time. 9:38am. He never slept that long before, used to always waking up at around four in the morning no matter what.

He felt strangely warm in comparison to the last nights so as he tried to find the source for the warmness, he immediately noticed Jiseok, who was cuddled up against his body, sleeping peacefully.

Seungmin remembered last night clearly. The girl trying to assault him, Jiseok kissing him, Jiseok taking him away. And then the question. "Do you love me?"

He didn't expect Jiseok to love him back. Yet when the elder said that he was his boyfriend, Seungmin couldn't help but feel this happiness deep inside him. Especially because he knows that Jiseok is ready to love him again.

With a soft knock on the door, Seungmin's father came in. He had a tray with soup and tea in his hand. "Jiseok told me you were feeling shitty yesterday" The father explained his doing as he put down the tray on the nightstand. Seungmin chuckled as he started gently stroking Jiseok's hair.

"Yeah, I'm fine now.." Mr Oh smiled as he noticed Jiseok, who was sleeping with his head on his son's chest, his arms wrapped around his body. "He seems to like you again"

Seungmin nodded happily. "I'm so glad.. I don't know what I would've done without him." His father smiled at the two for a few seconds before he straightened up again.

"I'll be working now. If you need something, I'm in my office." And there he walked out of his room. Seungmin looked up at the wall as he kept patting Jiseok's hair, playing with it lightly.

Until he suddenly heard Jiseok's voice. "I don't know what I would've done without you, too." Seungmin shuddered, he didn't expect Jiseok to be awake.

"You're-" Jiseok didn't let Seungmin talk, smiling innocently at him. "How do you feel? Is the hangover bad?" Seungmin sighed. There was no point in being shocked, he got caught by Jiseok just like that.

He nodded. "My head hurts so much, I feel like exploding. It's that bitch's fault, I swear" Jiseok chuckled as he sat up, sitting on Seungmin's lap.

"Then I'd strongly advise you to eat your father's food. I told him you were feeling dizzy, I don't think he is supposed to know that his son is an underaged drinker."

Seungmin chuckled as he sat up too, wrapping his arms around Jiseok's waist. "It was my first time, Ji.." The elder chuckled as he kissed the boy's cheek. "And the first time will turn into a second, then a third, then a fourth and so on."

Jiseok was mocking Seungmin, looking him deep in the eyes as he did so. Even though it was supposed to be a playful act, Seungmin couldn't help but feel flustered, his cheeks burning up.

The elder noticed that. "Do you still remember what happened last night?" Seungmin nodded without hesitation, seeing how red Jiseok's cheeks suddenly got.

"So, uh, I promised you an explanation. You remember that too, right?" The younger nodded, amused by how shy Jiseok suddenly got, his playful act gone.

He breathed in deeply as he looked Seungmin in the eyes again, starting to speak. "I'd tell you about everything but it'd be too long so let me get this one thing straight.

I fell in love with you again, Seungmin. Since day one you've been there for me, helping me through any struggle I thought I'd be facing alone. At first I saw you as a friend, as someone who just wants the best for me.

Yet the more time we spent together, the more I learned to love you. I don't think it's the same as it was, I'm a different person than I used to be and I think you can tell that the most, obviously, you were my boyfriend.

Different or not, I'm very sure that my feelings for you are the same. Calling you my boyfriend like I used to seems just right to me. So.. May I?"

Seungmin was at a loss of words. Seeing the elder's sparkling eyes as his gaze slowly slipped to his lips, made his heart beat faster. Was this really happening?

He didn't answer verbally. Instead, he cupped Jiseok's cheeks before pulling him closer, kissing him softly. Unlike their kiss last night, this one was slow, filled with emotion and, most importantly, love.

Jiseok pulled Seungmin closer, feeling his warm body against his own as they just enjoyed the feeling of intimacy.

Their lips met in a gentle dance, a sweet symphony of connection that whispered promises of shared moments and unspoken emotions.

In that moment, the world faded away, leaving only the echo of their heartbeats entwined in the magic of a long, soulful kiss.

Jiseok was the one to pull back, his lips parted in awe as he looked at Seungmin, who looked at him with these loving eyes.

"If this wasn't enough of an answer: Yes, Ji, I'd love you to be my boyfriend."
