There was this special atmosphere in the air as soon as all of them arrived at Seungmin's place. Everyone knew that this was the last time they'd see each other before they'd part for a long long time.

Jiseok was already there, helping Seungmin out with preparing everything, which included buying snacks and beer for the night (to get really really emotional), making the living room as cozy as possible with many blankets and pillows lying around.

Jooyeon was the first one to arrive. Ringing the door at exactly 6pm, he came right on time. "Damn, I've never been to Seungmin's before" The youngest remarked, deciding to take a look around the flat.

One room was locked, yet before Jooyeon was able to ask the host why, Jiseok told him. "It was his parents' room," he whispered. "I told him to lock it and I hid the key so he would be able to let go more easily."

Right, Seungmin lost both of his parents in a span of not even a year. No child should ever go through that.

The door rang a second time and this time it was the rest of them arriving. Now they were complete.

[...]

They started the evening with playing beer pong. "We'll split the team in non-drinkers and us" Jungsu exclaimed as he pulled Gunil and Jiseok closer to him.

As no one objected, they started filling the cups with beer for the elder and coke for the younger. "So it's minors versus grannys then" Jooyeon stated, as he grabbed the ping pong ball, ready to play.

The game started off pretty strong for the older ones between them (They called themselves "The better half" but this name wasn't approved by the rest), yet all of this was just thanks to their eldest.

Jiseok couldn't estimate the strength he had to use to get the light ball into a cup and Jungsu... "Y'all, this game is ableist!" he laughed, right after his attempt of throwing the ball, which he failed miserably.

Usually, Jungsu needed his cane to be able to stand, yet he had to use that hand to throw, so he had to put it aside for a moment. Yet that meant that Jungsu had to work on his balance and had to think of how he has to throw the ball.

"Gunil, hold me. This shit ain't fair!" He chuckled, as he wrapped Gunil's arms around his waist to hold him up. But he still failed.

Their younger ones (Actually calling their team "The prettier ones" but the other's did not approve) ended up winning.

"I swear to god I hate Jooyeon!" Jiseok laughed, as he needed to drink the most due to Jooyeon's excellent hand coordination.

The youngest just flipped his hair with a smug grin. "Drink up, grandpa."

Hyeongjun moved further away from Gunil and Jungsu. "Don't y'all ever try to kiss me with that disgusting ass taste still in your mouths, please!"

Seungmin agreed, fronting Jiseok, whose cheeks were slightly rosy from the beverage. He wouldn't have thought that Jiseok's alcohol tolerance was this low.

It was just beer after all, but having to drink six cups as a small and thin boy might change something, Seungmin couldn't telll, he wasn't an expert.

The evening started to turn into night and they slowly started to turn tired after all their hyperactive playing.

Night time meant talking about the purpose of life for them. Jiseok and Seungmin were cuddled up on the couch, Jooyeon sitting next to them on the floor while Gunil combed his hair. Hyeongjun and Jungsu were sitting across them.

"I got accepted into the uni in Berlin" Jooyeon then announced with a small smile, receiving a loud applause from his friends.

"That's so cool, man!" Jiseok exclaimed with a tipsy smile on his lips, Seungmin chuckled and pulled the boy closer to him.

They started talking about their future plans and the career they dreamed about. Jooyeon wanted to finish his studies in Germany and return back to their hometown to become a judge.

Hyeongjun was certain about becoming an architect, supported by Gunil who strived to be a criminal psychologist and Jungsu, who wanted to be a professor in medicine.

"Damn, watch them become rich as fuck" Seungmin joked, yet all of them knew that if everything went the right way, they will be getting a lot of money.

Money wasn't that important for Jiseok and Seungmin. If Jiseok will be successful in his career as a competitive figure skater, they would definitely be happy about it.

But they'd be fine living off of just Seungmin's money he'd receive as a teacher.

As they talked about all of this, they slowly started to understand that everything was getting serious now.

This made Jiseok, who was even more emotional due to him being tipsy, teary, his eyes turning glassy as he held his tears back from falling.

"Man, we're so big now.." He muttered and Jungsu rolled his eyes. "But you're still a twerp." This caused everyone to laugh.

The conversation held on for many many hours, just pouring their hearts out. It felt amazing to just talk.

Gunil didn't notice how Jooyeon fell asleep while the elder combed his hair, his head resting on Gunil's thigh as he was sleeping soundly.

Jiseok was the next one to fall asleep with a smile on his lips as he was held by his boyfriend. Then the rest of them decided that it'd be for the better if they went to sleep, as well.

And that's how their last meeting ended up.
