Pat gently touched Nonsee's hand, tracing his fingers around the palm in awe. The sight of the doctor's fascinated face made him smile.

"I am not a fairy," Nonsee whispered shyly.

"Of course you are." Pat smiled.

"My pretty little fairy." He added as he stepped closer. Non's cheeks burned, and he couldn't look into the taller's eyes.

"P'Pat, you can't say things like this." Nonsee weakly hit Pat's chest, eliciting laughter from him. The long arms wrapped around his waist again, calming him down. Pat's chin rested on the top of his head for a moment before he spoke up again.

"The fair. You will be there, right?"

"Yes." Nonsee nodded.

"But mother and grandmother won't let me get away." He sighed. There was no way they would let him go. Mother always kept her eyes on him when they left the compound, not to mention the bodyguards following him at every step. And this year would be even more difficult. His mother was striving for the twentieth win in the fair flower competition. Non didn't want to think what would happen to him if she wouldn't win.

"Don't worry, my fairy. Your Prince charming will find a way to rip you out of the evil witch's clutches." Pat kissed the top of Nonsee's head, making him giggle. The comparison fit very well.
