Kawaii-Chan's POV:
"Good morning your majesty" Looking up from my book at the sound of King Damien's face, I gave him a polite smile and closed my book remembering the page.
"Good morning King Damien. Is there something I can help you with?" I asked and stood up setting the book on the window bench, he walked towards me.
"When you are going to give up the act?" He asked, I blinked a few times in surprise unsure of what he was going on about, when I finally processed what he had said I realized he was a lot closer to me than I liked.
"I am unsure of what you are talking about King Damien" I said and took a step back, he noticed and took another step towards me, I took a step back bumping into the bookshelf behind me.
"You cannot be marrying Zane" He said, that angered me more then I expected it too and narrowed my eyes on him.
"And why can't I exactly?" I snapped out in a tone that surprised both King Damien and I, I watched the shock disappear from his face before a smug look came over his face.
"Because he is nothing more than a thief" I had called Zane a thief the odd time but it was almost always around him and it was after he had called me princess, he always was amused afterwards.
"Do not disrespect my fiance in front of me!" I snapped out loudly and stepped to the side when he leaned towards me, he crashed into the bookshelf and I walked away from him.
I didn't make it very far before he was jumping in front of me and grabbing my wrist, I ripped it away from him and shoved him back.
"Do not touch me King Damien" I said in an assertive tone, he narrowed his eyes at me and I ignored deciding to get to the doors on the opposite side of the library that would lead out to the staircase by the entrance of the castle.
I ignored King Damien's calls for me to stop walking and just talk to him, I found myself picking up my pace into a light jog as I heard him chasing after me.
A hand wrapped around my wrist and yanked me back, I stumbled back my heel catching on my dress and I almost hit the ground but the bookshelf behind me saved me but it did hurt.
"Do not walk away from me! I still have a right to call you my fiance Kawaii-Chan!" He shouted, where is this man getting the audacity from right now.
"I was never your fiance!" I shouted and that's all it took from him to slap me, my head jerked to the right and I stayed silent for a moment, shocked that he had done that.
Once what he had done set in, I looked back at him sliding a book off the shelf and swinging it forward smacking him on the head hard enough to knock him over.
"Get out of my kingdom this instant! If you so much as attempt to return I will have you detained and behead you myself!" I shouted putting some distance between us.
"Do not threaten me Kawaii-Chan Ashida! I am the King of M-"
"And I am the Queen of Tu'la! I held more power than you ever did when I was a Princess! I hold all the power you so desperately wish to have and never will have! I will not have you in my Kingdom and disrespect me or my fiance! Now get out!" I sohuted and threw another book at him.
He dodged it breathing heavily and glaring at me, all reasoning went out the window when he picked up books and started throwing them back at me.
I dodged them until I was hit with one and stumbled back shaking my head, my vision blurred from being hit by a book in the eye and blinked a few times.
