"What's his deal?" Jeonghan buts in watching Seungkwan, who usually is not calm nor collected bite an apple more aggressively than usual.

"He's been like that since this morning" Dokyeom says. "Apparently Vernon messed up today's filming schedule and Seungkwan didn't practice his lines"

"So he learned the wrong lines?" Mingyu points out.

"Yeah" Seokmin looks at the youngest.

"It's not such a big deal though?"

"Well you know how he has a certain order and preparation to keep" I say, still finding it weird for some reason.

The filming continues, my mind trailing off thinking about my mother, whom I talked to the evening before. She's still home and, even if the week has just started, I plan on visiting her this weekend.

"Wonu, focus" Mingyu whispers and I simply nod, getting back into character.

"3, 2, 1, action!"

The scene starts with a fight erupting between the friend groups of Mingyu's and my character. We're supposed to pretend we're fighting without actually doing it, since we're supposedly in a truce. It's not easy, but I've become more and more comfortable doing this with Mingyu, he's a very good actor, and I try not to let any thoughts get in between our work, besides we match, even if I'd never admit it to him. Even my mother yesterday told me how, ever since she started following our ship's hashtag, with the second episode airing the fandom has rapidly increased. She suggested we do a vlog to engage more with our viewers so I'll see.

"Cut!" I hear the director shout. Mingyu and I stop in our tracks, the shirt I'm wearing in his fist.

"Again!"

I look at Mingyu's scrunched eyebrows in confusion and the director restarts the scene.

Not even two minutes later he yells again, but now as I turn I see who he's got a problem with.

"What's up with you two?"

Vernon's sleeve is a little torn, definitely not what I was expecting. "It just got a little ripped" Vernon says with a straight face.

"Yeah but why" I can see the director's frustration level rising.

"I pulled too hard" Seungkwan says and although he seems unbothered his ears are red, because he's embarrassed or upset I cannot tell.

"Go change, and Seungkwan" He doesn't seem like he's done with them but he hands him a bottle of water, even if I have no idea how it's going to make things better, and goes back.

The rest of the day goes smoothly, I haven't seen any interactions between the two youngest. I keep on believing there is something wrong with them, Seungkwan only today has acted like this and it might be just a bad day.

But for Vernon, I think he's been off for some days now. I thought it was the stress due to filming and him having to continue his studies at the same time but something is odd in the way he carries himself and it's not simply stress and fatigue, he genuinely seems like his mind is not present sometimes.
I tried talking to Vernon about it as a friend checking up on another friend, but he reassured me everything was fine so I dismissed it.

I'll try talking to him again but I know him, if he doesn't want to talk he won't.

"Have you started editing the music video yet?" Mingyu asks me as we're on our way home.

"I only selected the clips I want to include" I haven't had the motivation to continue our work and since the due date is three weeks from now I didn't bother to do much, I'll probably resort to finishing it in the last two days as usual. "Do you still want to join?"
