So Sweet And So Bitter

XXII.

"Hi! My name is Baek Eunji, nice to meet you Mingyu and Wonwoo" The director shakes our hands with an energy I couldn't have predicted her to have. I was not expecting a young woman to coordinate our intimate scene, I don't know what I was expecting but her personality and her looks give off a very artistic feeling, even if after all her profession is artistic in a way.

"Nice to meet you Mrs. Baek" Wonwoo responds with a small smile crowning his lips.

"You can call me Eunji, we have to get comfortable with each other" Her eyes disappear under her smile and she begins to leaf through her booklet. "Today we're just gonna talk a bit and get to know each other, next week we're gonna film but I need to know you to be able to write your scene" I can't help but feel myself blushing at the knowledge that she is going to be writing and directing our 'intimate' scene. She asks us a couple of personal questions and she talks about herself too, it really does feel like getting to know each other and I can see that even Wonwoo is quickly getting comfortable with her.

After a few minutes Wonwoo gets called by Mr. Park and Eunji takes the chance to ask me about our relationship and about how our kiss scene went last time. I answer her honestly, leaving out the details of my feelings, and with the knowledge that there were no problems she seems relieved by my words.

She also asks me what kind of scenes I have done in the past and how far I am willing to go when it comes to physical contact and if there are any triggers or such that she needs to know about. I assure her that I can work with anything as long as I know what it is and it's not something weird, but knowing my character nothing weird should happen, and knowing our kdrama, nothing I couldn't handle would be filmed.

"You know I haven't seen your kissing scene yet, I wanted to know it from your perspective first" She says as Wonwoo sits back down. "Do you want some tea?" She proudly offers while taking out a somehow see-through termo bottle with a clear red liquid. "I made it myself with some Senegalese herbs and mint leaves"

"Sure" Wonwoo says but it sounds more like a question and I contain my smile accepting the tea as well.

"Have you seen each other naked before?" Eunji says while pouring my tea and Wonwoo next to me almost chokes on it because of the unexpected question. "I mean not necessarily completely, but close to it?" She casually specifies.

I look at Wonwoo knowing that we did see each other stripped of most of our clothing since it's inevitable when living together. 

"We did" He answers her with a stern face.

"Perfect!" She continues to write in her notebook. "What about skinship? This is the last question"

"We're okay with it of course" I unsurely say glancing at Wonwoo who is just nodding and avoiding my gaze.

"Well duh" She says laughing with herself and I realize my answer is a bit naive since it's obvious that we're okay with it seeing as we act together. "I mean how is it between you?"

"Pretty natural I would say... but how does this help you if you don't mind me asking?"

"Oh not at all, I was just curious" She giggles and continues to write on her book. "Good, I will come with the script a few days in advance so that you can practice." We both nod and thank her while we start to stand up knowing that we still have to finish today's schedule.

"Oh Wonwoo I need to talk to you for a minute" She looks at me and says. "Have a nice weekend Mingyu" She smiles and I say goodbye before leaving the two of them to discuss.
