Gianna's POV:

"W-what?"

I stared at Abyss. I can't believe what I'm hearing. And by the guilty look on his face, it appears to be true.

"Gianna- I'm sorry. I didn't mean to lie-" Abyss or Erebus came closer to me, but I ignored him.

Rolling onto my side and then sitting up, I took a moment to breathe. My body ached, my heart ached. It all hurts. Why am I always getting hurt? Do I deserve this?

"Here let me help you up." A new voice sounded close before strong arms lifted me to my feet. They held me as I got my balance back. My head was spinning a little.

"It's nice to see you again Gaia!" The arms spoke, this time I looked up and found a very attractive man, a stranger. I backed away out of their arms.

"I'm sorry. Do I know you? You must have me mistaken for someone else. I'm Gianna, I don't know this Gaia." However, I had a weird feeling that I did know this person.

"Uh-" the man looked over. And it was then I noticed a beautiful woman and an older man standing in a doorway.

"I don't think she remembers."

"No, she doesn't, I'm certain of it." This voice was familiar, Erebus. My heart hurt looking at him so I looked to the unfamiliar building.

It was all stone. But It had a very old feel to it. It too felt familiar to me. I know I've never been here, or met these people. So why do I feel this way?

So why do I feel this way?

All of this is making my head hurt.

I rubbed my head hoping to clear my mind more.

"Let's get Gianna inside before we figure this all out," Erebus said. The two people in the doorway disappeared and the three of us outside followed.

They all waited in the hallway before speaking.

"How can she not remember? She's way past the usual age? Are you sure this is Gaia? She's so small. I doubt she'd be able to hold so much power." The women spoke, glancing at me before speaking to the group.
