Standing before me must be the cutest creature I have ever seen. It takes everything in me not to squeal at its cuteness. I don't want to scare it off.

The small beginning resembles a dragon, with its long scaly body and claws. However, the biggest difference is the horns on its head, as well as two big floppy ears. Aweee.

It waddles closer to me, and I kind of don't want it to kill me so I can pet it.

It stops right by my head, staring down at me when it surprises me by licking my cheek.

I can't help but giggle. It starts jumping up and down and in circles which makes me giggle even more.

Ouch.

The laughing caused another sharp pain near my ribs. Biting my lip not to cry, I look over at the cute little guy to see him looking at my stomach with his head cocked. He looks back and forth between my stomach and my face.

I want to giggle again, this creature is so expressive, but I know if I do it'll hurt me more.

The little guy slowly crawls onto my stomach looking at my face, as if checking for something, before he curls up laying down.

He's so cute, I tentatively bring my hand up to brush down his furry mane. He closes his eyes so I assume he likes it.

I continue to stroke his back as I coo at him, trying to think of names for the little dragon being.

I then feel his tummy rumble much like mine.

"A-are you hungry-y?" I cringe after hearing my voice. I hope I don't scare it off.

He just looks at me with big eyes. I think I'm in love.

Okay, I gotta get up for him. We gotta find him food. Come on, you can do it, Gia.

I slowly raise myself till I'm holding myself by my elbows. I let out a whimper of pain.

You can do this.

Do it for the little guy.

I wrap one arm around his body keeping him pressed against me, while I roll over till I'm holding myself up by one hand and my knees.

Slowly I push myself off the ground with my hand and back strength.

Once I'm standing I sway a little. I gotta find him food fast before I pass out.

~~~
It takes me a while to climb back up the small hill I fell, back to the level of the building.
I slowly stumble towards the teleporter, stopping every once in a while to breathe and rest against the walls.
When I pass the fountain I gasp at my reflection. I'm covered in dirt and blood.
I cannot be seen like this. They'll probably kick me out of school, or bully me more.
