I WATCHED as she walked down the aisle,
the daughter of the killer of my parents, my parents considered her parents there best friends. Not knowing they were the one to stab them in the back , They destroyed a happy family just for greed.
So i decided to take my revenge by getting married to their daughter and taking my revenge from her .
Her parents are the reason i was left alone in this world ,
Had it not been for them i would still be happy , i would still have a family , i wouldn't have to go through all the pain and the nightmares.
Because of them only, that is why i killed them, i may have been 16 but as they suffered in pain , seeing them struggle for their breaths was still not enough for me .
That is why i proposed for the marriage with her uncle , i knew he loved her but there wasn't anything in the world that cant be bought with money that is why i paid 20 million dollars to get my revenge by making her suffer .
In the past, this would have been the happiest day of my life , because i always dreamed of marrying her , mom told me that she would be my queen .
At a time, there use to be so much of love for her but now all that is felt was hate and despair.
As she reached the end of the aisle , i gave my hand to help her up , as our hand connected i felt a spark pass through me .
I smiled at her , she smiled back , and the priest began , " Do u Darain Moretti , take Seraphine Hawthrone to be your lawfully wedded wife."
"i do"
"Do you Seraphine Hawthrone , take Darain Moretti to be your lawfully wedded husband."
"i do"
Darain make Seraphien wear this ring as a symbol of your faithfulness and love toward her and repeat After me :
" In the name of God, I, Darain Moretti take you, Seraphine, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until parted by death.'
i whisper in her ear while making her wear the ring :
"In the hallowed halls of our union, I pledge to be a constant reminder of your pain. I promise not love, but to water the seeds of sorrow in your heart. With every tear you shed, I'll consider it a triumph, a testament to the anguish I've sown. May the echoes of your silent cries be the melody that lulls me to sleep, for in this bond, your tears shall be the currency of my satisfaction."
I watch as she gasps and looks at me with horror in her eyes and a tear slips through her eyes but she wipes it before anyone notices , and quickly recovers
The priest hold her a ring and says the same vows to her , this time she makes me wear the ring and whispers to me
"In the dim light of our binding, I pledge to break through the darkness with the warmth of compassion. I vow to plant seeds of understanding where bitterness seeks to grow. Though you promise the chill of detachment, I offer the tender embrace of love. In the face of your laughter, I choose not to retaliate with tears but with a genuine smile, for in this paradoxical union, I shall be the beacon of light amid the shadows you cast."
Darian's eyes widened, a sharp inhale escaping him as Seraphine's vows cut through the air. For a moment, her unexpected words hung, disrupting the script he thought he knew. "Impressive," he muttered under his breath, the shock of her defiance creating a crack in the armor of his expectations. In that instant, a begrudging respect flickered, and the certainty he clung to wavered in the face of her unforeseen strength.
The shock of her defiance lingered, leaving him grappling with a newfound complexity in the intricate dance they had begun.
YOU MAKE KISS YOUR BRIDE .
THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW:
As their lips met in a lingering kiss, the tension between Darian and Seraphine unfolded. The echoes of their contrasting vows lingered in the air, a silent battleground of emotions. In that intimate moment, beneath the veil of passion, Darian tasted the unexpected defiance of Seraphine's spirit. The kiss became a bridge between their divergent worlds, a subtle acknowledgment of the complex dance they were destined to share.
Amidst the echo of cheers, Darian and Seraphine, bound by vows both bitter and sweet, walked down the aisle. The resounding applause marked not only the union they reluctantly embraced but also the beginning of a shared journey into the uncharted territory of their entangled destinies. As they moved forward, the cheers enveloped them, carrying whispers of both defiance and unexpected unity.
