you couldn't help but smile to yourself knowing that jey would be returning to work today with you by his side , he specifically said that he was only coming back if you would walk out with him and be by his side

"babyyyy" you said setting up off the hotel bed looking at him
"yes mama what do you need?" he said and you smiled
"I'm so excited and nervous for tonight" you say and he laughs
"I am two like I really am but I know that as long as I have you by my side I'm gonna be just okay" he says and you can't help but smile
"I love you silly , more then anything in this world" you say kissing his forehead and he can't help but smile pulling you close to him
"you mean everything to me mama and I love you so much more" he said as you laid against his chest
"are you ready to finally be back after everything that happened?" you say looking at him and he kind of shook his head
"if I'm gonna be really honest not at all, I'm scared shit less to be back , and wrestle again, I mean I'm split up from my whole family, and I know for a fact there's gonna be a few times where I have to be on smackdown cards but not for good reasons" he said softly and you felt your face soften
"I'm sorry baby, I will forever and I mean forever hate what happened at summerslam, but I know that, it was all for reason, yes you had the biggest opportunity in the whole world , but I know that another opportunity is gonna come and your gonna do amazing and kill it" you said looking at him and he couldn't help but smile
"I love you always silly" he said as he rested his chin on your shoulder
about twenty minutes later you saw the time and looked at jey
"baby it's 6:45 and Cody's thing is at 7:00 so we should go now" you say looking at him and he nods in agreement
"okay baby let's go" he says and you smile
"I love you silly" you say looking at him and he smiles
"I love you so so much more" he says taking your hand and you guys make your way down to the car getting in and heading for the arena
you smiled as you sat next to him and he kept his hand rested on your thigh the whole way there and smiled as he looked at you every so often
"what's up baby do I have something on my face?" you say looking over at him and he laughed
"no mama you just look amazing" he says and you smile
"thank you silly" you say with a smile as you looked out the window and saw that you guys were almost to the arena
"are you ready for tonight?" you say looking at him and you could tell by his face that he was nervous
"your gonna do amazing baby I promise you, everyone is so ready to see you back at work and back in the ring" you say tracing his knuckles and he smiles
"I love you mama" he says as you guys arrive at the areana
"I love you more silly" you say as you unbuckled your seat and sat up about to get out but jey had already got out of the car and opened it for you
"are you serious" you say laughing as you got out of the car
"I'm serious as ever baby" he says laughing as he takes your hand and you guys make your way into the arena
"damn it feels so weird being back here" jey said as he held you close to him making your guys way to his locker room
"I can only imagine how loud the crowds gonna be when you come out" you say looking at him with a laugh as you guys arrived to his locker room and walked in setting everything down
"as long as your near me I'm gonna be okay" he says as he looks at you with a smile
you knew when jey was nervous, you were the only one who could fix everything and that's how everything was for you, when you were nervous, he was the only one who could calm you down
two hours later
you and jey were talking about something till you heard a knock at the door and opened it to see that it was cody
"you ready y/n?" he said looking at you and you nodded but before you left the room you gave jey a kiss and told him that you loved him
"I love you baby" you say kissing his forehead and he smiles
"I love you more silly" he said and you smiled walking down to the gorllia with cody and out to the arena
"I WONDER WHY ITS CODY AND Y/N?" you heard echo thru the arena and you just smirked knowing that ur baby was gonna be coming out soon
you smirked getting into the ring sitting down in ur seat as cody talked
