you and jey we're currently cuddled up on the couch together as you both were home for the week and decided to watch the smackdown after bad blood, bad blood kinda went by in a blur, you can blame the drinks in the vip suite that bianca invited you and jey too for that one but what no one forgot that night was jimmys return, especially jey.
the show opened up with jimmy and you looked over at jey as you could read the expression all over his face
"I know, I know your feeling every emotion that he's back, but that's family baby" you said softly as you looked at him
"but y/n do you not see all the shit he put me through last year?" jey said looking over at you as he raised his tone a bit
"yeah I was backstage every time helping you back to ur locker room because you were so sore and upset, so do not tell me anything when I was there" you said earning a grumble from him
"now I know ur mad he's back but he came back to help roman, you've gotta give them a chance jey to even prove that there trying to be better, you cant just hold onto the past forever baby" you said as you ran ur fingers through his hair
"but why does he get to act like he didn't put me through so much" he said as he laid his head on ur shoulder
"you know deep down he does think about that, you were his right hand man, everyone could see how much he loved you, but gold changes everything" you said softly to him as you guys watched

you sat up as you heard jimmy talk about them needing help when the line "I know one person we can get some help from" left his mouth you looked over at jey who was watching intently when you heard the yeet chants starting up
"listen to that baby, your the only one who can save them" you said as you looked at him and he sighed
"but y/n-" he said but you interrupted him
"no, that's family,that's our family, don't leave them to the dust" you said looking at him and he looked up at you
"if I went back would you come with me?" he said and you smiled slightly
"I would be right there with you through everything" you said and he smiled

jey was standing in the kitchen as it got to the last few moments of jimmys match
"this is so annoying!" you grumbled as you watched the tv as they beat up jimmy then with roman came out beating him up aswell
"look at that jey, they need help, they need us" you said looking at him as his eyes were foucsed on the tv
you both watched as jimmy crawled over to roman, the canera picking up the part where jimmy said
"we need them, we need help." you both then looked at eachother before the camera panned out
"I'll call nick" jey said as he unlocked his phone walking upstairs
