Love and Hunt

Chapter Fifteen

I was still here, thinking. I still stayed here, standing. I was still here, being alone. Alex and Grace had been out of this premises. Alex had gone for work, and Grace was still out there at the abandoned warehouse. She hadn't come back yet into her premises. And I still got any idea to kill Jacob because of Luna. I might be able to kill those witches, but when I wanted to kill Jacob, I was sure Luna would take him somewhere with her teleportation spell. I was standing in front of the window, watching the road down there and looking at those pedestrians who kept living their lives although those witches were hunting down for their lives. I wanted to save them all from those witches, but Luna had been the problem. I still wondered about her reason of joining Jacob. I walked away from seeing those people and road down there and made for the sofa. I sat down and still got nothing. I didn't know how to take Luna away from Jacob. But if I could take out Luna and get her away from Jacob, I could kill Jacob. However, I still couldn't find the way to drag Luna away from Jacob. I began to realize that if I wanted to kill Jacob, it meant I had to kill Luna first. It was so tragic that I had to kill the witch that was used to be on my father's side.

Then, I heard knocks on the door of Grace's premises. I assumed that it would be Grace. I got up from the sofa and made for the door of her premises. I opened the door of her premises and found Grace outside. Then, she came into this premises, and I shut the door.

"I found three witches in that abandoned warehouse." Grace said as standing in front of me. "One of them was with Jacob. That was Luna. And the two were at the outside of that abandoned warehouse. They were Sam and Sarah, the sibling. When I was walking toward the outside of the abandoned warehouse, there was a police car being pulled over, and there were two police officers going out of the police car. They came to the sibling and asked about what they were doing in that abandoned warehouse. When the sibling was asked to leave that abandoned warehouse by the two police officers, the sibling refused. When those police officers were about to arrest them, Sam killed those police officers using the strong and big thunders from his spell. They came from the clouds in the sky and hit them standing on the ground. Their burned and dead bodies stayed in front of that abandoned warehouse. I'm sure those burned dead police officers will be broadcasted on TV soon."

"After you've seen Sam killed those two police officers, Did Jacob get out of the abandoned warehouse?" I said.

"No, I didn't see him get out of that abandoned warehouse." She said.

"I wonder about the place that is used by Jacob as his house." I said. "I mean that abandoned warehouse may be used as the place for gathering and meeting those witches who are on his side. If we can find Jacob's house, we can end this hunt."

"I think you're right, Anna." She said. "I think I need to call Mr. Stone and tell him about that. Jane needs to find the house where Jacob stays. And those abandoned warehouses are used for the appointment with his witches."

Then, she put her smartphone on her ear. She started waiting for my father to pick up his phone. If I couldn't get Luna away from Jacob, then, I needed to know if he would get the time for being alone, away from his witches. I was sure those witches took their time for hunting down these people in this city. And that must be the time when Jacob had to be alone. And I was sure that abandoned warehouse couldn't be comfortable dwelling for him. And I was waiting for Grace talking with my father as she hadn't said anything while her smartphone was on her ear.

"Hello, Mr. Stone." Grace said. "I want to ask for your permission. You know that Jane's butterflies have found the location where Jacob is hiding. But I'm wondering about the place that he sets as his house. I mean probably that abandoned warehouse is used by him for meeting with his witches instead of as his house for staying. So, can I get your permission for using Jane's butterflies for finding Jacob's house?"
