Love and Hunt

Chapter Seven

I had been sitting on this sofa when I still hid my feeling toward Will. I didn't know when I would tell him that I loved him very much. I kept texting with him, and he didn't reply my message as fast as possible. I knew I was still a stranger foe him although I felt like I could be said that I had been his friend as he replied my messages. I kept starring out of he when I knew that I wasn't only thinking about the day when I told Will about my feeling to him but also the day when I had to fight against the twin witches with Grace and other witch that was send by my father for the help to defeat the twin witches. I could feel the boring had annoyed me. I felt like I wanted to get out as being stuck in Grace's premises made me uncomfortable for preparing the day of the fight. But I knew it would get me another trouble again as I had been warned by Grace to stay inside her premises as she was worried by the twin witches that could kill me while I was outside her premises. Then, I looked for the TV remote. When I saw it next to the TV, I took it and turned TV on. I went back to the sofa and sat on it.

I saw a news program l appeared on the TV in front of me. The female news anchor presented a news about many police officers of the city had been killed. The ones who were responsible for their death had to be the twin witches. They were killed in their mission to hunt for those twin witches. When there was a report about the location of where those twin witches, those police officers went to that abandoned warehouse where the informant saw the twin witches. However, those twin witches could kill those twenty police officers by their witch power. Then, on the TV, the record of the fight between those twenty police officers and the twin witches were broadcasted. I could see those police cars could be thrown away by the twin witch. When those police officers began to shot him, another twin witches could stop those police officers from killing his twin by his spell that could control human bodies. When the twin witch who could control things taking those guns from police officers, he began to shot those police officers by their guns that had been under his spell. Those police officers were dead, and those car police got broken when falling down to the ground. Some of police officers got overlapped by the broken police cars that fell down to the ground from in the air. Then, the female news anchor said that the witch hunters had to be more careful as the witches that they hunted were powerful enough. Then, I turned off the TV.

I couldn't stop hoping that the witch chosen by my father would help me and Grace for defeating the twin witches who had powerful spells. They could kill those twenty police officers by their spells. But I couldn't lose the belief that three of us would be able to defeat the twin witches and stop Jacob hunting down those people in this city. I tried to keep myself calm and stay ready as if I had the fear, the twin witches wouldn't stop hunting down those people in this city. And Jacob would get his victory afterwards. I didn't want to talk about the death of those twenty police officers that I found on the news with Grace yet as I needed to think about the way how to kill those twin witches for stopping Jacob. I had been able to use my healing spell very well, but I didn't think I could attack those twin witches using my healing spell. I would be just the help for Grace and the chosen witch that would help for defeating the twin witches. I didn't want bad thought to annoy and threaten me. What if Grace and the chosen witch wouldn't be able to defeat the twin witches, what if I would be easily killed by the twin witches, I held my head and moved it to the left and to the right. I tried to lose the bad thought to me. I was so scared. I didn't want to die yet as I had found my true love, Will.

I was eating the chocolate bread when I heard the sound from the door of Grace's premises. Then, I saw Grace entering into her premises. I came to her when I had swallowed the bite of that chocolate bread.

"Have you watched the news, Grace?" I said.

"You mean about those dead twenty police officers by the twin witches?" She said.

"Yes." I said/

"I saw it at the restaurant." She said as walking toward the sofa. "I didn't expect that. I think the police department will do more to kill the twin witches as they have found out the powers that they have."

"I was afraid when I saw the news." I said. "I'm afraid if we can't defeat them, and they will kill us."

"No, Anna." She said. "I won't let it that happen. We have to stop Jacob even by killing him."

Then, I saw Grace looking out of the window while her neck was touching the back of that sofa.

"I hope the witch that is sent by my father is strong enough to help us to kill those twin witches." I said.

"I'm sure your father has been thinking about that." She said. "He knows whom we fight."

I was walking down on the street as the stock of chicken and bread in Grace's premises was going to run out. She decided to ask me for buying chickens and breads as she felt her head unwell after the twin witches killed those twenty police officers. And she had called my father and talked with him about that incident. My father told her that we couldn't do anything for stopping those police officers or those witch hunters in this city to hunt for the twin witches as if we interfered, the identity of the witches in my father's side would be discovered. I knew what Grace felt after seeing the news. She wanted to stop the next dead people in this city, but she knew that her spell hadn't been powerful enough for defeating the twin witches. I kept walking under the night sky that had covered this city. I saw those street lights had been shining the road and the street for those vehicles and pedestrians. And I still remembered that Grace had warned me not to stay outside too long as she didn't want the twin witches to find me. I kept walking along the way that had been told by Grace to arrive in the grocery store. She said it wasn't far from her premises. And it was across the street. Then, I found it over there. I waited for those vehicles stopped, and then, I walked across the road to get into the grocery store.

After walking across the road, I entered into the grocery store and found out some people were shopping for their food supplies. I was walking around inside this grocery store and looking for the chickens and breads after taking on of the trolleys. When I had found the chickens in the meat section, I came to the chicken meat. I took few packs that consisted of chicken meats. Then, I put them into the trolley. I moved my eyes to find where the bakery section. I kept pushing this trolley while making for the bakery section that I had found its location. When I saw those people around, they reminded me of the twin witches. I knew they were in the fear, but they tried to keep strong. When I moved into the bakery section, I had to kill the twin witches. I didn't want to see the murder of those people in this city by Jacob's witches. And I also had to protect my love, Will as well. I knew it wouldn't be easy, but I was sure my father knew what he was dealing with. Then, I took five packs of the bread and put them into this trolley. I had got the chicken meats and the breads. Then, I moved away from the bakery section to go to the cashier.

I had been in the queue. The guy who stood in front of me and wore that jean jacket with that blonde hair in that hairstyle reminded me of Will. But I wasn't sure yet as I hadn't seen his face yet. When he looked around till looked back and saw me, he was truly Will.

"Hi, Will." I said.

"Hi, nice to see you again, Anna." He said. "Running out of chicken and bread?"

"Yeah, like you see inside this trolley." I said. "I thought you're working right now."

"I will after I buy these meats and breads." He said as moving out those food supplies out of the trolley. "So, what're you going to do in this city? Get a job or go to university?"

"Get a job." I said.

"Have you got one?" He said.

"I'm still looking." I said.

"I hope you'll get one soon." He said as taking those grocery bags. "See you, Anna."

"See you, Will." I said.

When he left me, I felt like I had lost the fascinating experience that I hadn't had before. His face looked so handsome. And the way he starred at me was so masculine. I felt like I couldn't escape from his eyes and got ready to be kissed by him. And he had become my second motivation to stay alive and defeat those witches on Jacob's side.
