Chapter Twenty-Seven

That strong wind from somewhere could push me and Adam's brother away from that Pegasus who also got the strong push from that strong wind.

"Will!" Anna said.

"Adam!" Amir said.

Then, I saw Sarah standing over there after her wind spell disappeared. Before I could get on my feet, she released her strong wind to kill me and Amir who was not far from me. But my barrier spell could stop her strong wind. Then, I heard the whistle from Amir's mouth. Then, from above me, I saw his Pegasus coming and then landing down on the ground that was not far from where Amir was sitting. Then, he got up and walked to his Pegasus. And I got up and stood on my feet.

"I'll distract her from above," Amir said as I looked at him who had been on the back of his Pegasus. "When there is a chance, run away quickly."

Then, his Pegasus flew up there before another tornado from Sarah's spell hit the invisible barrier from my spell. When it went away, I found her standing there with the will to kill me that I could find on her face. Unfortunately, the flaming arrow from Amir's spell could be moved away by her strong wind. And Sarah just kept staring at him who was still being above her in the air.

I didn't know if I could get through her and kill Jacob. I didn't know if it was true that I would be the one who could kill Jacob as I had been born as a three-spells witch. I was scared suddenly when I couldn't escape from the truth that I was born with three spells. But I was still stuck here when Sarah tried to stop me from killing Jacob. When she released her strong tornado to hit my invisible barrier, I put my hands on the ground and emerged the big roots to wrap her. But, she could escape and float in the air with the help of her spell. However, it's still difficult for Amir to shoot her with his flaming arrows that had been wiped away after missing to kill Sarah. I didn't want to stop. I kept moving the big roots to catch her. But, her spell still could protect her from those big roots that looked like the arms of a giant octopus. Not only smacking those big roots from underground but also her wind also could cut those big roots. Then, she released a strong wind that could push those big roots till they hit my invisible barrier. And she was still floating in the air. I could see the exhausted look on her face. And I took off my hands from the ground.

"Sarah!" Will said. "You know what he wants us to do is not what we want. Think about that, Sarah. It's completely wrong."

"Damn you, traitor," Sarah said. "You've lost your mind. They hate us. They want us to die. And they deserve that. I won't let you all to kill Jacob."

That tornado kept moving towards Will and me when his black spikes were swiped away by her tornado. Before it could lift and swing Will into her tornado, I had blocked her tornado with my invisible barrier. I tried to stay strong and kept holding on to my invisible barrier from her tornado that was getting stronger for breaking my invisible barrier. When I thought it could stay longer, that tornado disappeared. And I found Sarah trying to save her life from those flaming arrows from Amir's spell.

"I don't think we can escape from her," I said. "She can stand against three of us."

"No," He said. "You can, Anna."

When I kept staring at him who was taller than me, I found the water portal behind me. When I looked back, nobody came out from that water portal.

"Go," He said. "Elena is waiting for you."

I didn't ask him more questions. I kept walking toward that water portal and left Will alone when Sarah was still in her place to block us from killing Jacob. But I had faith in him. I could my face pushing the water through this portal from Elena's spell. When I opened my eyes, I found Elena standing. When I looked back, her water portal had been gone.
