No lying, the view was great. And it's not the fireworks I'm talking about.
Captain said that Christina had a couple of clothes she wouldn't mind sharing.
I went upstairs and walked down until I saw Christina's room.
Her door was open and filled with dresses all over the floor. The room was half clean and the other half seemed as if a tornado had caused some bad damages.
I tip toed over her clothes to where her closet was at. The only thing she had were party clothes.
Nothing decent.
Not that her clothes bothered me, it's just that they seem too extreme for me. Plus I didn't want to take a dress she liked.
I spotted a box at the edge labeled "Grandma's Ugly Gifts".
Opening the lid, was a long knitted dress with a slight turtle neck.
No wonder she labeled the box as ugly gifts.
I was getting cold and shaking. I just grabbed the most regular thing in Christina's closet and went to take a small shower.
Once I was out the shower, I was making my way downstairs when I saw Captain's room.
His door just stared at me. And I, stupidly an blankly stared at the door.
The door was some sort of metal and with wires. It looked like a door to some science laboratory. He had a very small mat that said "Welcome".
Allison, you are not opening that door!
What? It says "Welcome" on it.
But still. Don't go in there. You'll get yourself in trouble. Not ignoring the fact that you already cause way too much of trouble.
I clicked my brain off and opened the door.
His room was like a museum. And nothing close to Christina's. It was also slightly bigger than Christina's room too.
Captain's room had so many things he invented. One wall was covered with blueprints of the project he was working on. One edge had triangular table which had boxes that were wrapped like gifts. That must be for Friday.
His bed was in the very center of his room. Because all the walls were covered with his artwork.
His ceiling had couple of things hanging from it, including a self made air conditioner.
This one wall was covered with pictures of science club and all the members in there.
Sometimes the photography club would go inside Science Club and take pictures. Then they would print it out and give copies of it to Captain and other students.
There were so many pictures, in a perfect neat collage sort of way. Each picture also had a date on it too.
One of the picture was larger than the other ones and isolated. Like a couple of inches away from the other pictures. When I looked closer at it, it was a girl.
She was laughing but wasn't looking at the camera. She wore a purple science coat and had a small firework in her hand.
She was me.
I glared at the picture. Not believing that it was me.
Then a voice came from behind me.
"Alumin?"
