I turn around to see the expression on Captains face.
"Are you, lost?" He asked.
Just be honest Allison.
"Your doormat said 'Welcome', so I invited myself in.." I said.
Captain laughed and then said, "I never had a lady in my room."
That led to a very awkward silence. A dead one. I shuffled through my small brain to find a different topic to talk about.
"Nice room," I said. I soon realized that it was a very seductive thing to say after what Captain had said.
Captain took a look around his own room and thanked me.
"I should head home now, it's getting late.." I said. I needed to escape this awkwardness.
It was always either hate, awkwardness, or an sassy conversation between Captain and I.
But as a 12% of a gentleman he was, he walked me to the door.
"Today was fun," I said.
"Well everything is fun with you", Captain said.
I gave him the raised eyebrow look.
He put his hand on his head like he had a headache. "I'm so sorry, I don't know what I'm saying, it's just.." He stopped for a second and breathed out. "Good night Alumin."
There's something about him that's really sweet. I don't know exactly what it is but it's sweet and I like it.
And as a reward I put my hands out and gave him a hug.
He continues the hug as I awkwardly look at his living room.
"Can you like, let go?" I said.
Captain quickly pulls back. He was sweating now. He had on a different shirt before the firework sprinkler incident.
"Goodnight... Dude," I waved.
The minute I got into the car, I replayed everything that happened in my head.
The replay started from the time he gave me the name, Aluminum. And then how I saw him in his back lab room where he was crying.
To when I went to his house and I discovered his meaning of Aluminum. And how I found out his real name.
And how we made a bet that he could dress like a magazine model. And then actually seeing him look like an alpha model.
And the party, him getting high. And the things he said to me in the car.
But my favourite was part was today. The nice and breezy night. Fireworks and sprinklers. And Captains shirtless moment. I really enjoyed that part. And the hug.
I'm like crazy sorry for not updating for a while. Someone who I was close with just recently died and I was COMPELETLY broken. But things swing by and I got myself together. Anyways the next few chapters are going to be extreme and intense. Please comment and vote!! And please tell other people to read this book!!
