Becky's Pov :
It was a cheerful day not just because of the weather but somehow it is related to my early morning visit to this pleasing flower shop of Khun Lek. The never ending orders of the people, no..should say the lovers, especially today are making all the working florists engaging and busy.
I was kind of overwhelmed with the very view of the couples expressing their feelings to each other and giving bouquet as a token of love which was particularly made up of their partner's favourite flowers and memories.
Sight like this always makes me wonder, how does it feels like to have a dear one who constantly reminds you about your importance, who loves you, takes care of you, cherishes you and your existence in every step of their life. I have never been in a relationship before, maybe because I was too busy with my academics or maybe I never actually gave it a significant thought.
But after I witnessed the love of my friends and those around me, somehow I felt jealous of them having someone to do silly things together, share each other's pain and happiness, holding each others' hands through the rainy rough nights and smiling merrily during sunny bright days together. And for me, everything were just being a blurry dream and all of them were sealed and lost somewhere in the deepest corner of my heart to slowly perish away.
"Becky....where is Freen?"
"Becky!!!"
The words of the older girl in front made me stop diving further into the pool of my wishes. Her abrupt voice made my body tremor before getting back to the reality.
"Huhhh?" I questioned totally showing my mind's absence throughout.
"Freen...She has gone for picking flowers for a long time, where is she? We are running late with the pending orders already." P'Rene asked.
"Don't know...maybe she's still there in the flower yard getting confused with everything." I replied.
"Ohh..Becky, we don't have enough time and endless orders are coming up both online and physical to keep up with. Please help me find Freen and get her back here." P'Rene requested.
"But...I.!!"
"Please Becky, I can't go without sorting this one at hand and others are busy as well...Please just run and get back fast!!"
With this my initial thought of protesting got all drowned. I don't know why I felt anxious when it came facing Freen. Even though we share a history of enmity, but now-a-days I am feeling something strange, very different sensation around her. And intuitively, all of these weird emotions are really scaring the hell out of me.
I was hesitatingly walking with cautious steps while moving my eyes all around, trying, searching for the same woman who once used to be the reason of my frequent headaches. As soon as I reached the floral yard, my gaze fell on the familiar tall-elegant figure. She was sitting on the ground on the middle of the yard, admiring a certain flower.
Her ever-lasting admiration on that particular flower made me feel something strange in my stomach. The sight of her bubbly actions while complimenting those tulips, were never leaving my eyes even for a second. Why I suddenly feel myself smiling while looking at her happy-cheerful expression. I don't understand all these, but at the same time I can't help myself from opposing it as well.
As my eyes were still fixed on her, suddenly she turned around and started slowly approaching me. Out of the blue, my heart started racing, when I found her standing at a mere millimeters away from me with our eyes locked looking intently at each other.
"Becky...What are you doing here?" She asked still holding our gaze in place.
"What were you looking at earlier?"
