FALLING FOR MY RIVAL

Chapter 2:

For everyone wondering why we are running like freaks, sneaking, stealing and doing so many unethical things then let me clear, we are not criminals and not committing any crime. We are just trying to give them a lesson for messing with us and from them I mean my, no.. not my our enemies. So who am I ? I am Freen Sarocha Chankimha , the new student body president of the Nomaach High School and those are my friends Tee, Jim and Kade. We are well-known by the name "Four Ace" in our school and I am the very famous leader of this gang. It took years to build our reputation as the most successful infamous group who single handedly fought with our enemy school and brought victory ,ah... most of the times.

Our school is located at the outskirts of Bangkok on several acres of land, free from all the city crowd and pollution . The environment around us is peaceful and calm and so good for one's physical and mental growth and development. So, that's why I love this place but out of all positives they are some negatives as well . Unfortunately , our school was not alone we had our rivals, the Thaomas High School which was situated beside our school and separated from us with the connecting common boundary wall. Yes the same place we went before for replacing our secret weapon with theirs' to sabotage their not so precious farewell event.

"Freen...what are you thinking ? Let's go before the drama ends " Tee said while waking me up from my thoughts.

Right we have to witness the drama which was scripted by us. We quickly ran towards the stairs and reached the roof top to peek at our not so friendly neighbours. The event was taking place at the centre of their school, as the buildings were surrounded around the vacant centre which was used for playing sports and organizing events. Guess they don't have an auditorium like us , oh ...so poor of them as their school was for the middle class ones and ours for rich and royalty like me.

We were standing at the roof top for keeping an eye on them and as the two schools were so closely located, it made super easy for both the schools to peep and sneak into each other's stuff. While we were tracing their every movement, I saw the person wearing crimson coloured long beautiful gown perfectly hugging her body curves with open curly waved hair looking like an absolute princess , going towards the stage.

What's wrong with you Freen, I said to myself, don't forget who is she. She is the one you hate the most , she is the one gets in your way from getting the "Best of Legends" title in our annual face-off . Your biggest competitor and greatest enemy, Becky aka Rebecca Patricia Armstrong aka the new student body president of Thaomas High School .

"Guys...looks like the show is starting " Kade excitedly stated.

"Yeah... I can't wait for the drama already " Jim said enthusiastically.

True we all were excited to see how our plan work, will it give us the anticipated pleasure and satisfaction after beholding all the chaos ?. The event started with felicitating the graduates , while Becky being the host. It was their 7th farewell ceremony, similar to ours' as both the schools started around the same time. After presenting some of the performances prepared by the students and boring speeches of the graduates , it was time for hand over ritual . The former student body president and graduatee Charlotte will surrender her duties and responsibilities and pass it to Becky, the new student president to take charge on.

After witnessing all of this tedious activities , I saw Becky signalling one of her friend named Yuki to display the farewell video on the screen.

" Friends ... there it is... there our surprise is coming. " I shouted excitedly.

" Ready to behold the craziness " I added.

"Always ..." My friends replied in unison.

As soon as the video played on the screen , all of their jaws dropped in shock and their faces turned pale at the sight when "Baby Shark do..do..doo...dooo. . . ." music video started. And all of us started laughing like maniacs at their confused and embarrassed looks , including the students of their school. I must confess, it was a great sight to behold their faces especially Becky's.

Freen – one.

Becky – zero.
