FALLING FOR MY RIVAL

Chapter 1:

" Ohoo..Tee... this is the wrong cabinet , it's not there." I exclaimed softly

" Guys hurry up... quickly find it and leave before they catch us, they will be here anytime soon " Kade whispered from the door while keeping an eye on the corridor.

" Oiii.. it is not there look at the corner ,Tee.. look over there can't you understand Thai... how many times I will have to say this " I ordered.

" Ee... Jim will you please stop ordering and help us to find it " Tee annoyedly yelled at me.

" Ah.. guys stop arguing we need to find it ASAP " our leader replied.

" No Freen... it's not me it's Tee who cannot do her job properly and yelling at me unnecessarily " I responded in my defense.

" Gosh Jim... don't lie it's you who started this " Kade replied from the other side.

While I was just going to get back to Kade, I got interrupted by Freen's voice.

" Shut up everyone! I had enough of your nonsense. All of you keep your mouth shut and focus on the mission we are here for. Look over there at the corner.....there is a desk just beside the cupboard, we can check over there. " Freen ordered us.

As soon as we went right there , we all started looking for the thing, as obviously we were running out of time and they will be here soon. So before they come and catch us red-handed we have to quickly finish our job and leave.

I went towards the cupboard to search each and every cabinet , while Tee was assisting me . I know the room is not so big and has merely some furniture. There was a desk and a chair in front of the door with some old notebooks on it, and just beside it there were some boxes filled with items of decorations and on the opposite side there was a book shelf and in between there was an old wooden cupboard ,where me and Tee are looking right now and between it and the book shelf , at the corner there was another wooden desk which was so old and dirty and wrapped with spider web, I guess no one even use it. After looking for few more minutes we were still not able to find it , so finally Tee and I decided to tell our leader to call it off.

"Ahm... looks like it's a dead end." Tee said.

I replied " I think we should just give up.... "

Freen gave me a death stare, so I quickly decided to change my statement. "No...I – I mean...they might have kept it somewhere else...no – not in this room " I stuttered.

We were about to leave when suddenly Freen stopped and moved towards the old and dirty desk.

" Guys... we have not checked it yet " Freen said.

"Oh.. hoo... Freen, it is very dirty and wrapped with spider webs, we are wasting our time here and by its appearance , it looks like no one use this " I stated.

"Ohh... Jim, don't just declare anything without checking. Look guys carefully...this section is different from the rest of the desk. This drawer's knob looks new and clean."

After saying this , Freen started pulling the drawer and luckily we found the thing we were looking for.

"Oh! there it is... there's the pen-drive." I shouted with excitement.

"Jim....shut up and keep your voice down." Tee said while glaring.

"Guys hurry up...I can hear some approaching noises, looks like someone is coming " Kade warned us from the door.

We took the pen-drive out ,replaced it with our identical one and quickly pushed the drawer inside. Finally we were done with the first phase of our plan and now it was the last phase aka - our escape, which kind of looks difficult as we were in the third floor and can clearly hear voices approaching us.

"Guys...not this way...take the stairs of the other side." Freen commanded.

We quickly went towards the other side as instructed and took the stairs and hurriedly got down. Yeah, there were situations where we were close enough to get caught but Freen guided us throughout. We were running like some furious dog was after us and finally reached the ground floor and made our way towards the boundary fence to move to our side. One by one we quickly climbed the ladder and jumped off to the other side of the boundary wall. Luckily , we were having our other friends who were helping us to support the ladder and get us safely on our side.
