"Love is a feeling of affection and care towards someone."
That's the definition I learned in elementary school,
The definition in the dictionary.
But what I know now
Is that love is a fear of loss.
When the very thought of them leaving makes your heart clench,
And the actual loss of that someone
Makes you feel like your world is shattering,
You know you love them.
You can't live without them.
You'd be lost without them.
Because they are what holds your life together.
And yes, you'll fight, there're things you hate about them,
But you still want to protect them.
You still want to keep them safe.
You still want to see them smile.
You still want to make them happy.
Love is beautiful,
Indescribable,
And unstoppable.
