Weller's POV

"Thank god you actually became a spirit." Rose says the moment she sees me.
"Guess that was one of the things I couldn't predict." I shake my head, sitting beside her.
"You looked fucking terrifying in your last moments, the arms that fell off and the blood..." she sighs, leaning her head against my shoulder. "But you're here."
"Happy now, love?" I chuckle.
"Yeah, I am."

I smile, finally dead now. Even if my consciousness remains, it's not a shithole anymore. Instead, I'm with her. Though for Harry he sure won't have it easy. Then again, it doesn't matter to me. All I did was warn him after all.

Seeing her at peace like this, closing her eyes as we just watch over the world, just like we used to do. Jazz music in the background of the bar, her eyes lighting up the moment I'd come in. Now there is no jazz music, no bar, alcohol but just us. I wrap an arm around her waist, leaning down to press a kiss on her hair, this time, neither of us will leave.

Neither of us will die, I'm sure that she's the happiest woman in the world now. I can't read her mind, or anyone's for that matter, it's quiet now. Dead silent, maybe in another 5000 years, I won't be able to understand what people are thinking and understand whatever the fuck normalcy might be, but what's normal now could be bizarre someday.

"Rose..."
"Hm?"
"Care for a dance?"

She turns her head up, giving me a nod and I pull myself up, helping her to stand as our hands clasp together, a meters distance between us, in the same positions as our wedding night. I place one hand behind my back, beginning the dance as we circle around, pulling in, closely to each other before out, exactly 3 times.

I spin her, my hand coming to reach her lower back as hers comes to my shoulder, not once letting go of one another. Waltzing, spinning together around as if we're right back at our wedding, remembering everything step for step. The way eyes were all on us but none of that mattered, just pulling in and out. I spin her out once more, back to step one.

Pulling in and out, this time it's 5 times, step in close until our forearms touch and then pull out once more, the smile on her face is the same as on our wedding, til death do us part...death couldn't even do that, eternity might but what's eternity without time? I spin her around, closely back to me, enough to teasingly place a kiss on her forehead as we starts waltzing once more.
