Harry's POV
Just coming out of the shower, Liza is back from her work and I see her dancing to a song. If I remember correctly, the song was called sway. She dances pretty happily seeming completely lost in it. I lean against the wall and watch her dance without saying anything.
It's a nice song, really does make you wanna dance. She came back while I was showering, for the most part, she explains certain situations to groupings for a good while and hand them information that has been gathered...
Remembering the conversation with Asher, I was honestly on the verge of kicking him. I'm pissed off at the way he treats himself, he is shaking off his own needs for others, too selfless for his own good.
Literally.
I can't ask him about it, he switches subjects, he avoids it no matter what. He puts the conversation subject completely away from himself. It makes me mad for some reason, if it were Liza then I wouldn't be mad but more focused to be her support though with Asher, it's different. It has nothing to do with gender or age though.
Liza dances nicely, her movements are fluid and she is dancing tango, just without a partner. Even so, still lost in the moment. Her hair is still braided, I braid her hair everyday now and she seems to get a lot of compliments about it too.
"Be careful." I say when she accidentally trips, I catch her from behind.
"I-" her face goes red. "How much did you see?"
"Enough to know you're a good dancer." I answer, holding her hand with a smile. "Wanna dance together?"
"You can dance?" Liza asks.
"You can thank Asher for that, he taught me to dance so my movements would be more fluent because I used to be pretty stiff." I answer. She nods and looks a little curious to know more but doesn't say anything. I turn her around as we start to dance, the song is still going. If I didn't learn how to dance then I wouldn't be as good as fighting as I am now, my movements were very stiff back then.
"I keep learning more things about you." Liza states as she presses her head on my chest.
"Somehow most of it comes from Asher." I respond.
"You're still hot a-" she cuts herself off and burns up.
"The fact you have experience in dating but still get flustered from saying that." I smirk. She doesn't say anything but closes her eyes instead, we continue dancing until the song ends. No words are said, we dance to the song. When it ends, Liza has a happy expression on her face and hugs me, I hug back and peck her on the forehead.
"Mm, I got an idea!" Liza states.
"What would that be?" I raise an eyebrow.
"The vampire needs the blood poison to be killed right?" she responds. "He's weird but he probably has purified blood stored so what if we could somehow get that blood?"
"That could work but how would we do that?" I question.
"Erm, steal?" she answers. "Ask? maybe because he literally told us how to kill him."She seems to be unsure of her own answers but Strawberry has a point. Definitely strange how he just told us how to kill him but being close to immortal is not fun and if he wants us to actually kill him then I can see why. Then Asher never could've killed him back then, he just managed to just injure Weller, severely.
It never was a fair fight back then to begin with.
"The fact that we didn't discover how to kill him but rather that he corrected Azula when she told us was strange." I state.
"Mhm, we rarely see him but when we do, we learn something new about him." Liza replies. "He's like someone that doesn't have to do much, to make an impact."
"If only we knew the truth about him, we rarely think about him yet he's so important right now." I respond.Liza nods, although Asher is helping me get better in certain aspects like speed and I'm trying to make my fire double it's heat so it's hot as the sun's surface, we can't ignore the fact we only have one way to kill him.
I did look up other ways to kill vampires but, the only ways to actually kill them is the vampire poison with purified blood and animal blood and to deny them of purified blood for a month, then tear apart all atoms and put each individual atom away from each other. The poison is the only thing that truly does kill them, the second method is just to make them no longer able to do anything without a mind.
Because when a vampire doesn't get purified blood for a month, they go berserk. There is no going back, their mind is destroyed as their survival instincts go wild and control their body. The mind is destroyed but the body won't be destroyed without the vampire poison and they won't be able to go into the afterlife.
"He's probably just done with life." Liza states. "Weller is 5000 years old so who wouldn't be done with life by that point?"
"So he wants us to kill him then." I reply. "Will that have him try to kill us on the deadline?"
"I don't know, you'll be the one who is gonna do all the work on that day so I wanna be there and make sure no work goes to waste." Strawberry answers. "I don't know how I'm gonna do that but I'll try to come up with something!"She seems to be thinking a lot and I appreciate it, this gives a whole new perspective to things. Never thought I'd think this way but, I'm curious to learn more about the vampire. His true intentions and his backstory, for all the shit he does, never thought I'd feel like this.
"I appreciate it, thanks." I smile.
"Why do you have to be so gentle!?" Liza mutters and looks away.
"Just giving you what you deserve, Strawberry." I hold her chin to hold eye contact and peck her on the lips..............................................................
My index finger is dead from writing and we're just halfway...
Future me: Shit bro I'm actually pretty impressed at the writing style here though there's too much telling than showing.
