Eileen's POV
"I think that's it." Micah's mom says as we look at the decorations in the backyard of her house. Since the Chan mansion has a big backyard which consists of a full basketball court, a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen plus a big play area, we decided to throw his party there.
"Yup, we're done." I reply while looking at everything. The food is set up and Micah's family is already here since he's almost here too.
"I love how the lights are looking." Amy says while looking around at the tiny lights decorated around.
"They pop out more as the night is drawing in." Mrs. Chan says.
"Thank you guys, I appreciate it." I tell them because they helped the most.
"You're welcome girl, I'm paid for this." Amy grins. I'm happy that she got to help me prepare this because it was hard to convince Owen to fly her out here but since he was coming for Micah's birthday he had to come with her .
Kaia's little feet run towards her mom and she holds her hands up. "Up mama up." She says and Mrs.Chan lifts her up and kisses her cheek that is filled with melted candy.
"Have you been eating candy?" She asks the toddler who has some skittles in her hands that look like they're melting.
"Papa give?" Kaiya tilts her head to the side making Mrs.Chan groan.
"I'll see you guys in a minute, let me go clean her up." She says while walking into the house.
"When is this nigga getting here?. I'm hungry." Kaiden mumbles while walking past us and I laugh at him because their mom has told them not to eat dinner yet because they have to wait for Micah.
"They're here!" Kalia shouts and we all get to our assigned spot.
"Happy birthday!!" Everyone shouts when Micah and Trevor walk into the backyard.
"Oh shit." Micah exclaims when his siblings jump infront of him and pour water all over him.
"Watch your mouth boy." Mr. Chan scolds him.
"But they poured water on me man." He says while walking back into the house and the music begins. I follow him and try to catch up with him.
"Babe." I call him as he goes up the stairs.
"You were on into this weren't you?" He asks while taking his shirt off.
"I was but the water part, I wasn't part of it." I get to him and we walk to his childhood bedroom. This bedroom brings back memories, I remember how our relationship began right in this room.
"Did they really have to pour water on me." Micah mumbles while taking off all the wet clothes so I decide to look around the room. His former room is relatively large and that's because they have a whole mansion which means all rooms are the same size apart from the master bedroom which is the biggest room and probably their garage too due to his parents' cars.
"It was their idea because your mom made them wait for you to eat dinner." I explain. I feel him wrap his arms around my waist so I turn to look at him. He's changed clothes and he has put a grey hoodie on since it's somehow cold outside.
"As she always does."
"Let's go back and eat, I'm hungry too." I kiss his lips and he pulls me closer with his hands palming my ass. He pulls away then we head back downstairs and find everyone already seated so we join. Micah pulls my seat up close to his and puts his left arm around it.
"Thank you everyone for this, I really appreciate it." Micah says as we all begin to eat after blessings the food.
"You're welcome." Killian shouts and grins making his siblings wave him off.
