"It's so warm and nice." Olivia sighed as she hugged her knees, sitting next to the campfire with all the agents. Hugo played the bongo drums while Peely and Meowscles danced around the campfire.

Sig, sitting beside Olivia, took this opportunity to stand and pull her up, holding her hand. "Let's dance." All the agents saw this as a cue to get up and dance as well, except for Midas. He stared at Sig and Olivia, his head throbbing and his heart raging. He squeezed the can of drink he was holding until it was all scrunched up. He couldn't bear the sight of them being close together.

He got up and moved towards the two, snatching Olivia away from Sig and positioning himself to dance with her. He grabbed her waist, and held her hand while moving in a rhythm, giving her no time to process what had just happened. Sig's jaw fell open, leaving him both bewildered and amazed by the unexpected turn of events. "Midas, if you wanted a dance with her-"

"I don't need anyone's permission," Midas cut his words sharply "I am the boss around here."

Olivia, meanwhile, blushed madly. Her face was burning bright, all heated up and painted with a shade of red. She tried to look away in order to avoid Midas's intense gaze, but she knew she couldn't hide her face forever.

"Why are you looking away?" He queried as he twirled her around. "Are you avoiding me?"

"No, I am not!" She responded swiftly. "I'm just a bit surprised."

His face lit up with a gentle smile upon noticing how adorable she looked. "You owe me a dance anyway."

"Why?" she inquired, her head tilted, clearly bemused. "Is it because you saved me from drowning?"

He nodded with a slightly devious smirk, which made her stare at him, how his compact lips were curved, his golden eye glistened and his hair was pushed to a side. It made her smile, and she didn't even realise how big of a smile was pasted on her face. Midas and Olivia danced for a couple of minutes, losing themselves to the music of the sea waves, and being the centre of attention, as all the agents watched them dance. Everyone was in awe of the two, how quickly they became close.

"It's getting late," Maya yawned, and everyone agreed. This remark made Olivia and Midas stop dancing, and they pulled back quickly before sitting around the campfire with their companions.

"Should we board the yacht?" Tina asked, while rubbing her sleepy eyes. "I'd rather sleep here, under the beautiful sky."

Everyone wanted that, and so, they all decided to put up their own personal tents with bedrolls to sleep on. All the agents had said their good nights and fallen asleep shortly, except for Olivia, who sat in her tent and watched the beautiful night sky, observing the patterns of the stars. She wasn't alone in doing this, as Midas, who stood close to the shore end, was also indulged in stargazing. Upon turning around, he spotted Olivia, and decided to walk towards her. "Still awake?"

Hearing his voice surprised her, but she welcomed him with a smile. She scooted over, and gestured him to sit next to her, and he happily did so. The two stared at the sky, observing every little detail. "One of my favourite things to do with gran was stargazing." Olivia smiled upon recalling her childhood. "I miss her so dearly."

"I'm sure you do." He turned to look at her, and a familiar face appeared in front of him. The face of Marigold. He shook his head, and realized how much Olivia looked like her. "You resemble your gran so much."

She turned to look at him, her face blushing. "No way, gran looked like a beauty queen when she was young. She still does, and I don't compare to her."

"What if I told you that you look better than her?" He chuckled.

"Then you'd be lying." She continued to jest with him.

However, his expression turned serious. "I mean it." He looked into her eyes, peering into her beautiful sparkly orbs. "You are beautiful, Olivia."

Her heart stormed inside of her, and she couldn't hide her crimson face this time. It was as if her body was a frozen vessel that she could not control, and it reacted in all the abnormal ways. Midas realized this, and he moved his face closer to hers. His face inched in until it was a fingertip apart, and she noticed his lips quivering. She made the effort and closed the gap, placing her lips on his. The two kissed, gently, and he pulled apart. But she hadn't had enough. This kiss just ignited a flame in her, an uncontrollable desire which consumed her body, and controlled her. She grabbed his collar and slammed her lips against his, leading to a passionate kiss, and the rest turned into a blur, for when Olivia woke up, it was daylight and she was on her bedroll. As she turned around, she found Midas next to her on the same bedroll, fast asleep, and she recalled the kiss. It was real.

Midas's eyes opened gradually, and he remained calm when he saw Olivia peering into his face. Her expression made him smile widely, a smile Olivia had never seen before. "Your lips taste like a fine wine." He said in a very raspy voice.

This stunned her, and she sat up straight. "We kissed last night." She looked at him with an uncertain panic. He sat up straight next to her, stretching his arms. "We did indeed," he yawned before continuing. "We have to go now, we've had plenty of break."

He headed out of her tent and was about to walk away until Olivia, who was agitated, exclaimed. "Just like that? Where do we stand?"

This shook Midas and stunned him. He turned around to look at her, her lips shaking. "We are a boss and an employee."

His words shattered her heart, but what he said was fair. How could he have feelings for her anyway? He was cold, brutal, and a king of his own domain. He was perfect, and Olivia, she knew of her own flaws, and perhaps because of those flaws, she always put up a wall of defence and didn't allow anyone to enter into her life. She knew she made a mistake by letting Midas take a step beyond that wall, for now, she was broken. She made sure to hide it from him, putting up a smile and making sure he didn't see her feelings. "Alright boss. Let's get going."

Seeing her attitude and expressions made him feel terrible, and a seed of guilt was planted within him, which was set to grow. Midas detested this feeling.
