Thirty-Two Bridge (Luke Bryan)

First Official Date

"You look beautiful tonight." I said and winked.

"So I've heard." She said back and blushed.

Then the waitress came by.

"Hello I'm Molly. What can I get you to start you off?" She said. Kinda smirking to me but then she must have notice the deep stare Mariah was giving her.

"Umm. I'll have the chicken Alfredo meal. Can you change the side to grilled shrimp?" Mariah asked.

"Yes we can."

"I'll have the quarter house meal. Can we also get a bottle of champagne please?" I asked.

"Okay so one quarter house steak meal and a chicken Alfredo meal along with grilled shrimp side and a bottle of champagne?" Molly asked us and looked around.

"Yes." I said and nodded. She looked at me and smiled. Mariah just looked over at me with a death glare. I just laughed.

"What's are you laughing at Mr.Bryan?"

"You." I said with a wink.

"What's so funny?"

"Just how you noticed that she was kinda flirting with me and how you think I am "into" her." As I moved my fingers like quotations. "I'm defiantly not into her. I'm into you baby. So you shouldn't have to worry about that." I said as I took her hand and kissed it.

"You are so sweet Luke. Such a Loyal man." She just said. After a while of talking our food arrived. It was probably the best date I've been on. We were laughing and joking around making fun of each other in a flirty way. Talking and just getting to know each other. It was really fun. We drank one bottle of champagne and I grabbed one for when we get back to my house. It was getting pretty late.

"Well should we head back to my house?" I asked her.

"That'd be nice." She said and smiled. I grabbed her hand and I lead the way back to my truck. I prepaid when I made reservations. On our way back to my house we just talked and laughed and had a good time. Finally we are back to my house. I put my truck in the garage then walked around to her side of the car and helped her out. I put arm around her and we walked up to the house together.

"You are such a gentleman Luke." She said and she did her little lip bite. I just smiled and opened the door to my house. We walked in and she went over to the puppies and brought them outside to use the bathroom. While she did that I grabbed a couple glasses and poured some champagne and dimmed the lights.

"Both puppies used the bathroom outside." She said as she walked in.

"That's good. I was worried but they are both super good little things." I replied. I scooted over on the couch and hit the spot next to me really hard initiating that she should sit there. I did it really obnoxiously like a little kid I was just being funny. She walked over and sat down next to me and just laughed.

"You're such a kid." She said to me.

"I know." I said and winked. We just sat watching tv then she fell asleep in my arms. I called the puppies quietly to come upstairs and they did as I carried Mariah up to my guest bed room. I laid her down and gave her alittle kiss on the forehead. Then started walking out.

"Luke where are you going?" She asked.

"I'm going to go to my room."

"Can you stay?" She asked. As she leaned up.

"Well if you want come to my room." I said and she at up and walked with me.

"I love that your respectful and it makes me happy but sometimes you are too respectful." She said and winked with a blush.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"It's not like we are gonna do anything we are just gonna sleep in the same bed. Maybe cuddle. Don't worry about it." She said and touched my nose. When she said that it got me thinking. Then I gazed outta my daze and realized that she had kissed me. Then we got ready for bed and laid down. And we did cuddle.
