Next morning -

Bhai asked me while sipping his morning coffee
"Ved do you want to attend the mehendi ceremony or do you want to stay at home?"

I said
"Yes, I will come with you guys what will I do at home all alone?"

"Okay then get ready we will leave after 1 hour."
Bhabhi told me while giving me my coffee.

I said
"Okay, bhabhi as you say."

ADRIJA's Pov-

"Everything is set now only di have to come and sit here right?"

I asked from event manager

He said yes ma'am.

I said
"Okay, then I am telling everyone to start the Mehendi function."

While wearing a small pendant I thought of Rishi because he didn't come yesterday and there is no chance he will come today too because he came to Dehradun to meet his friends not to attend the functions.
But let's hope he will attend the marriage ceremony.

After a few minutes whole hall filled with guests and the function began

Di is sitting there while 2 boys are applying mehendi on her hands.

Aunties and Mumma are also applying mehendi from other mehendi artists.
I was waiting for my turn and then Jiju's family also arrived we welcomed them.

Jiju straightly goes towards Di while Di is hiding her hand as she has his name on her palm.

He hugged her and then came to me while hugging me too.

I said
"Come on Jiju you also have to put on some henna for Di's sake"

He said
"okay as my Salii sahibaa's wish."

Di's sister-in-law is sitting with her and peeping on her hands while saying something in her ears. I was going about to greet her but one of the henna artists called me so I went to them

Now my one hand is full of henna and my other hand has just started but my hair strands are irritating me continuously.

I patched my henna two times just to put my hair back of my ear but still, they were denying and dancing on my face.

Jiju's friend's family also arrived.

And I saw that the pregnant woman whom I helped yesterday was also with them.

Ummmm which means she is Abeer bhaiya's wife.

I was thinking just only my gaze turned on Adved Bansal.

I turned my gaze towards my henna.
And trying to tuck my hair behind my ears.

But suddenly he started coming towards me I tried to ignore him but he sat beside me and greeted me.

I greeted him back.

He bent his face towards mine and removed my hair strands which were continuously falling on my face.

At that moment I got frozen because no man had touched my face even my hand.

But see his audacity how can he do that i don't know him properly neither he does know me.

I was about to say something but then he said
"When you need help try to ask."

I don't know what happened to me that time but I zoned out completely
And he laughed slightly at me and went towards my sister.

Di was completely stuck b/w our cousins and her sister-in-law Ruhi and now that Adved.

Its the evening we get ready for the sangeet ceremony

Jiju's family is also staying in the same resort as the venue is far from their house.

I am wearing a lehenga

Just after I got ready I went to my parents to ask if they needed any help but they said
"no beta just go and enjoy yourself we will do everything and btw there is nothing left."

I said okay and was about to go to Di's room to check on her then I again bumped into someone.

And this time also I bumped into Adved only.

He smirked and said
" do you like to bump on my chest?"

I said
" No not at all it's you who always comes in front of my path."

And I left without listening to him because I didn't know what I did to myself.

Cuz he is so sweet and I don't think men are sweet so he must be flirtatious.

After entering Di's room I saw her chatting with Ruhi and Kriti.
Kriti is my friend from childhood so she is mixed up with my family.

I greeted Ruhi because at that time I got busy.
She greeted me back

I want to confirm whether he will come today or not cuz I will behave properly if he comes.
Already he talks to me rarely if I do not behave properly he will ignore my complete existence.

I asked my sister after putting all my guts.
       "Di does Rishi will come today?"

" I don't think he will come today maybe he will come on the wedding day directly."
