Stolen Heart

He arrived

Shubman had already informed Sara that he'll be coming to London after a few days for their series with England.
And then the day finally arrived when Shubman was about to take his flight to meet the love of his life.
He had informed his team that he won't be staying in the team hotel during the practice days. So everything was sorted.
According to their plan, Sara was going to send a car to the airport to pick him up so that he directly comes to her apartment without even the slightest chance of getting lost.

Shubman ( in mind ): I just can't wait to meet her. Just few more hours and I'll be with her.

He reached Heathrow airport after sometime and he spotted the car , Sara had sent for him. He jumped in the car and kept smiling throughout the car journey.
When he finally reached her apartment, he called her.

Shubman: knock knock!

Sara ( laughs): oh so you are making me taste my own medicine 😂.. I'm coming...wait ...

Sara opened the door and the blush was all over their faces but she first locked the door and then jumped on him and hugged him, the long hug when you meet your favourite person after months.

They both part and Sara cupped his cheeks with both her hands.

Sara: Ahh!! I missed you so much!

Shubman was lost in her eyes.

Shubman ( in mind): I will never look at someone, the way I look at you. You're magical.

Sara waved her hands to get him back from his thoughts.

Sara: what?? Lost in my eyes?

Shubman: Nothing new in that.

Sara: okay! You must be tired after such a long flight. You get freshen up. I've ordered food from an Indian restaurant so that you get homely vibes.

Shubman pulled her close again and wrapped his arms around her waist.

Shubman ( in low voice): What if I say you're my home? My home is where you are.

Sara( blushes and melted into him ): wow! I'm flattered.

Shubman ( kissed her on forehead): okay I'll get freshen up now otherwise you'd lecture me on hygiene.

Sara ( hits his back lightly): shut up! I never do that.

Shubman got freshen up and saw Sara waiting for him in the living room.

Shubman: I'm back cutie!

Sara ( turned around): Okay let's have lunch now.

They had their lunch and thought about spending some time together is when Sara got a call from her University friend. Sara talked with her and sighed after cutting the call.

Shubman: what happened?

Sara: I have to go to the university for sometime. I need to submit something important.

Shubman: For how long do you have to go?

Sara: I just need to submit some files. They asked me submit the hardcopy. So just 10-15 mins I'd say.

Shubman: I'll go with you then.

Sara: Really? It's just 15 mins walk away from here.

Shubman: Great! Let's go then.

She collected all her files and they both went out of the apartment.
Shubman was holding Sara's hand and walking freely because it wasn't India where they would've to be cautious.

Sara: London feels so amazing with you by my side.

Shubman: We can be ourselves here. We don't have to worry about getting caught or anything.
