She's sick

Both of them took different flights and reached Mumbai. Shubman planned to stay in Mumbai for some more days and Sara happily agreed. Sara's family went to their Lonavala villa and asked Sara to join them once she comes back from Italy. So, Sara was supposed to be all alone for a day and then go to Lonavala the next day. Shubman went to his friend's apartment as usual.
After reaching home, Sara called Aditi and Alysha to have a girls night.

There was a knock on the door. Sara opens to find her besties. They were all set to have a girls night.

Alysha: Guys, let's do pyjama party.

Aditi: Yeah, that'll be fun. But I don't my pyjamas here with me.

Alysha: Oh yeah!! Then let's do something else.

Sara: No let's stick to the plan. Wear my pyjamas and we are all set.

The three of them were changing their outfits is when Sara felt a little weakness and started having body ache. But she didn't tell anyone and continued the party.
Aditi played the music and Alysha turned up the volume. They were grooving to the music is when Sara goes to the couch and sits there.

Aditi: Sara, why are you sitting there? Come here.

Sara ( looks at her ): What? I can't hear you.

Aditi: SARA, WHY DID YOU GO THERE?

Sara: Whattt??? Can't hear you.

Alysha was dancing non-stop. Aditi made her stop and turned down the music.

Alysha: What are you doing, Aditi? Play the music.

Aditi: Sara is not dancing. Bring her.

Alysha: What happened bro?

Sara: I don't know. I'm feeling weakness. I'm not feeling good.

Alysha: Nooooo!!! Don't tell me!!

Aditi: What??

Alysha ( whispers to her ): Is she expecting? She was on a trip with Shubman.

Aditi: Have you lost it ?? You go and dance. I'll check on her.

Alysha: I was just giving my opinion.

Aditi: Thank you but we don't need it.

Aditi touches Sara's forehead.

Aditi: Sara, you've a high fever I think.

Alysha: What? Seriously?

Sara: I'm having a little body ache as well.

Aditi: Let me call Shubman.

Sara ( takes her phone): No!! Don't call him. It's just a fever. Don't bother him. He'll be worried.

Alysha: He's your boyfriend and you just came back from a trip with him. We want answers.

Aditi: Alyshaaaaaa!!! What answers?? Just keep your mouth shut for a moment.

Sara: Guys please! I'll manage it. Don't call him.

Aditi : Okay fine. Give me my phone. I'll get you some medicines.

Sara gives her phone back and Aditi texts Ishan about Sara having fever and asks him to inform Shubman because if she had texted him, he would have sent her a whole questionnaire.
When Ishan got the text, he called Shubman.

Shubman: What's up?

Ishan: Are you sleeping?

Shubman: Naah!! Why? If you want to come here, then you're welcome.

Ishan: No thanks. Have you talked to Sara?

Shubman: We just came back from Italy today in the afternoon. What happened? Is everything alright?
